Only worth when getting the highest paid plan
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for simple task lists, some good project management features available
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to go with the most expensive plan to get access to a well-rounded project management tool

Easy to use for my day to day tasks

I like that you can assign a task to someone or yourself and you receive an email with a reminder about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it is a bit confusing to use and takes a while to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to prioritize what needs to get done and at what urgency which is really helpful in an online school.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the fact I can make sub tasks under sub tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making the sub task is great but having the ability to find that sub task is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a log of day to day tasks has been very important and useful
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great for aligning teams on various shared projects to share status updates and assign tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are working within multiple projects at once, it can get confusing. You need to make sure you exit one project board before working within another or your tasks will get crossed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with my team to achieve client projects and onboarding within project boards in Asana. It keeps track of due dates and assignments easily and in a user friendly way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great (free) tool to assist with project management for various tasks, projects and teams. Highly recommend it!
Pretty Straight Ahead Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for assigning tasks and deadlines. They offer a few different ways to view tasks (lists, calendar, flowchart) which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing tasks by teams and projects within teams can be confusing at times. It's easy to forget to invite everyone on the team to the project. The teams function seems somewhat extraneous but maybe it would be helpful for larger teams. My team only has 9 people so everyone is involved in every project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep all team members organized and projects on track. It's especially helpful working with remote employees, since everything is in one place.

Every member of the team working on a project has easy access to all content in one location, fairly intuitive interface

Tasks can get over-cluttered, but I haven’t played with settings yet so there may be a way to change this

Asana is where we collect all files, notes, and other content in one place for content production, it’s easy to see what other team members have added and what tasks have been completed
Great task management for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
The free plan provides ample rooms for small teams to manage different tasks. It has all the features needed for a standard productivity flow.

The interface can get quite choppy when too many tasks are shown at once.

Manage different tasks and reminders; get easy updates at a glance.

This app definitely has a very friendly user interface

It can be quite annoying when teammates chat constantly

things get lost in Asana depending on how many different tasks and people you are working with

allow people to have a running task list or a summarized list of tasks that are completed/not completed yet
I have enjoyed using Asana to manage action items that come out of projects I am involved in

I like that it can send you notifications and is easy to access and quick.

There is nothing I specifically dislike about it. It's generally a good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana as a project management tool. Since I haven't actually led a project with it, I have never been in charge but from what I've experienced, this software definitely notifies all of us of our actions and allow tasks to have the opportunity to be completed on time!
