What do you like best about the product?
Asana is meticulously designed for project management, I liked its features of task management, allowing us to create, assign, and track tasks with ease. Some of its features are amazing for instance drag and drop organization, dependencies, priority levels, and multiple view options like list, board, calendar, timeline etc etc, all these things offer amazing flexibility for different team needs. Our team had ease in completing our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its tasks should be automatically aligned or get numbered which don't. When a task is clicked complete they just disappear. If there was some sequence that would have been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it solved few big issues like collaboration on projects was really hard, project progress tracking, handling multiple projects, remote and distributed team challenges etc.

Asana: A Game-Changer for Project Management

  • April 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has completely transformed the way our team manages projects and collaborates on a daily basis. From the moment we started using it, the impact on our productivity, clarity, and team alignment was immediate and undeniable.

The intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to create tasks, assign responsibilities, set deadlines, and track progress—all in one centralized platform. The customizable workflows, robust integration options, and seamless communication tools ensure that everyone stays on the same page, no matter how complex the project.

What truly sets Asana apart is its versatility. Whether you're managing a high-level strategic initiative or tracking day-to-day to-dos, Asana scales beautifully to meet the needs of any team or project size. Features like Timeline, Boards, and the Calendar view provide multiple ways to visualize work and deadlines, allowing for better planning and fewer surprises.

The reporting tools and dashboards offer powerful insights into project health and team performance, enabling proactive decision-making and continuous improvement. And with Asana’s automation capabilities, we've been able to eliminate repetitive tasks and focus more on meaningful work.

Simply put, Asana has become an indispensable part of our workflow. It empowers our team to move faster, stay organized, and deliver better results—every single time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the team fully onboard with Asana was initially a bit of a challenge, simply because it’s such a robust and feature-rich platform. There was a learning curve, especially for team members who weren’t familiar with structured project management tools. However, once we invested a little time in training and exploring the features together, the team quickly saw the value.

Now, it’s second nature. What once felt overwhelming has become an essential part of our workflow—proving that the initial effort was more than worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana, we struggled with scattered communication, unclear responsibilities, and a lack of visibility into project progress. Important details were often buried in email threads, tasks would fall through the cracks, and deadlines were missed simply due to lack of coordination.

Asana solves all of this by centralizing our work in one place. It gives us a clear structure for task assignments, timelines, and accountability. Everyone knows who’s doing what, by when—and how their work fits into the bigger picture. It eliminates guesswork, reduces duplicated efforts, and gives us real-time insight into how projects are tracking.

With Asana, we’ve moved from reactive to proactive project management, improving efficiency, accountability, and overall team collaboration.
