Makes Working on a Team Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps our team collaborate on tasks and projects in an efficient and time-saving way. It also helps me stay organized on a day-to-day basis. I use it every single day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have Google Calendar integration. Also, for those of us whose job it is to create graphics and creative assets, it would be nice to have a digital image based task board instead of text based with the option to attach a photo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being forgetful! I look at my tasks for the day and know what I have to get done. I also can easily move tasks around in case I don't get to something and customize my board to my needs.
Asana is very useful for coworkers

Asana is fantastic for being quick to learn, easy to implement, and endlessly adaptable to suit varied team and/ or project needs
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Asana! Mainly just learning to click out of an active "cell" more carefully to deactivate it, so as not to accidentally take action by clicking on something else on the screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The client success team at my company mainly uses Asana to manage client-based projects, so I have recently joined many of these to own tasks assigned to me as I've begun working more closely with this team. Because the members of our client success team are key stakeholders in a suite of new product features I am owning as product manager, I have also set up a product management portfolio, with a few separate related projects. All of this has been incredibly helpful to ensure all teams have visibility into the information they need, in a way that's accessible based on their separate schedules.

I also enjoy the chances to ask questions via live Q&As or one on one meetings with your support contact. Has been extremely helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take time to learn all the ins and outs - but that is true of every software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me stay organized and keep multiple teams looped in as projects progress. It has solved some issues of messy processes in our company as we have used it as a central place to store key tasks.
Asana is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for streamlining team collaboration, keeping tasks organized, and ensuring projects stay on track with clear deadlines and priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawback is that with two separate organizations, only one can be registered, leaving users from the other organisation classified as guests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear priorities and deadlines keep teams focused
Getting used to it!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great place to keep everything centralized as one source of truth for many people within my organization. Visually, I can quickly see what items are outstanding and when it's due. I'm new to Asana but would like to use this every day for my personal work to-do lists instead of a messy notebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say yet, and I don't feel comfortable listing things I dislike at the moment because chances are it's user error! I have a lot to learn, but this seems like it will be very beneficial. I've only recently been onobarded to the platform, but implementation went well. I'm working on integrating DropBox, but it is pending our system admin approval. Hopefully that will streamline the process and cut down on the number of applications I reference on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is taking away my need for a messy notebook and endless spreadsheets and word documents.
Collaboration improves with enhanced task automation and user-friendly dashboards
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
I find the collaboration features to be the most usable. The dashboards provide an overview of tasks, showing how much has been completed and what remains. I can add external users to access their projects, share files, leave comments, and tag people. Asana's automation allows me to automate deadlines and send notifications to the right people about approaching deadlines.
What needs improvement?
The integration with email should be more seamless. When I'm writing an email and want to tag someone in Asana for a task, the process should be smoother. It would be easier if I could assign tasks directly from my email without needing to open Asana.
For how long have I used the solution?
My team and I have been using Asana for more than a couple of years.
What was my experience with deployment of the solution?
The deployment process is straightforward. Once the IT department approves it, it doesn't take much time. It's a matter of installing it and starting to work on it. Training the people might take a couple of weeks, but overall, it's quick.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Asana is quite stable; it is a tool I can trust.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I would rate the scalability of Asana as eight out of ten.
How are customer service and support?
The technical support is of high quality. Asana provides decent support with blogs and new trends.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Before Asana, I used Google Sheets and occasionally Slack. Asana improved our processes because Google Sheets required manual input with no dashboards, while Asana offered a more convenient solution.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is quite a simple process, not difficult at all.
What about the implementation team?
The deployment was done in-house.
What was our ROI?
I have seen a return on investment with Asana. However, due to its pricing, I need to be careful about adding each user and feature.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing of Asana is slightly high. To add one user is expensive, which makes me cautious about upgrading or adding more users.
What other advice do I have?
I would recommend Asana to others. Overall, I would rate it eight out of ten.
