What do you like best about the product?
I've used Asana for more than 6 years and it has been great for project management and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Redundancy of tools that you use within the organization. AI integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the projects and documenting it.
Learning a New Way to Organize and Plan
What do you like best about the product?
I like having the tasks all in one place, I like that we can setup templates for events that repeat. I also enjoy being able to share with colleagues working on a project without having to search for emails or files or folders.
Learning the Asana program was relatively painless and the availability of customer service and online answers is very helpful to get up to speed without having to rely solely on your colleagues. Implementing the tools available was clear and user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it takes away some of the interaction between colleagues, which is fine as long as we make efforts to engage and network in other ways while we work as a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From what I have experienced it allows all of us to know where we are with a project, who is responsible for a task, and when that is completed. This helps us to run more efficiently and within known goals and objectives.

I like the lightweight nature of it. The ability to easily create tasks and sections of work.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is easy to see tasks for a team across multiple projects. I have had to use custom saved searches but the search criterea is pretty limited forcing me to have multiple saved searches to see what I want

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is pretty easy to work with, project creation, templates options, collaborations across team-members and across functions, and the best one is multi-homing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rolling up of efforts, % Complete or other Quantifiable fields should be more easy to automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving cross-functional project management, annual and quarterly OKR Management (and tracking), and helping my organisation in better collaboration, stakeholder management and reporting.

The easy way to use it, to share, to include people from the company

That you easily create a task that maybe you don't want to create, just a loose clic and it's done

I wish it was more user friendly and simplified.

It helps me delegate tasks, and also not forget tasks through out the week.

Nothing really. The dependencies took me a second to get a hang of as well as the rules, but once I got the hang of it, super useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving where all our tasks live within their specific categories rather than several documents and to do lists all over the place where something is bound to be overlooked.

I like the ease at which I can navigate Asana and how user-friendly it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downside of using Asana is everything pretty much needs to be entered in there so I'm duplicating a lot of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the problem of task management and workflow. I can easily assign tasks and lay out timelines for different projects and deliverables. It takes the following-up issue out of the equation, which is one I absolutely detest.
Excellent Project Management Software for Diverse Scenarios
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a smooth and relatively bug free platform that is perfect for my business model. I enjoy how flexible and integrated it is with Salesforce, Gmail, and the reporting is excellent as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do have challenges with showing subtasks accurately in the list view. If there was an easy way to show a list of subtasks that relate to a task, without having that subtask be nested by default that would be a big improvement for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with many clients from various industries. Asana allows our internal teams to manage tasks how they see fit and share their work progress with our many clients while also keeping each clients information secure.
