Great task orgranizer
What do you like best about the product?
ability to assign tasks and reaccuring ones to team and not have to micromanage your team. Super easy to adapt to and easy to use everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
not sure have to figure out more of it's functions

Not having to micromanage the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana allows me to track every step in a project and still manage the entire project from a macro level. I love the visual tools, notifications, and ability to collaborate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are alot of email notifications. I need to take time to adjust them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows me to think through and list every step in a project, then add deadlines and notifications. This allows me to stay on track and meet deadlins.
Easy to organize a team
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for team organization. It allows for multiple parts of a project, with names and dates to hold colleagues accountable for the work. It's easy to set up and collaborate with.

Simple and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Assigning tasks and seeing what is done and what is upcoming is easy

Creating reports can take a bit more time and includes some trial and error to ensure the reports show what you need them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us visibility of team capacity as well as reminders for little tasks that used to be forgotten.
Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see everything at a glance, it does get some getting used to- I feel slightly overwhelmed looking at my asana board but I think the filtering would work well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a little overwhelming when I have no filters on my board.

Keeping a place for a source of truth when it comes to big campaigns or projects

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to set up templates and projects; complete tasks and know where each item stands. Great videos and tools to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could change the icons (symbol or color even) of the projects and sort them as I like.

Ensuring all items are taken care of for onboarding new registrants to our programs.

Having Asana has been a great experience for our organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Me and my team really enjoyed working with Asana for the collaboration capabilities and tools its offer. It streamlines communication in between project stakeholders vs having to hop on a meeting or use old-school project management tools (Excel or Drive).
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping Asana will have a capability of running meetings with a timer and use the platform to set Agenda and collaborate on next steps.

Collaboration and Communication between project stakeholders; keeping track of a project's goals.
