Very Easy to Navigate and understand
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is helpful with staying on course with tasks. I love it!

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Asana for nearly 4 years in various roles. My teams use Asana daily to manage our projects. The ease of integrating the tool in our day to day work has been straightforward. I like how the tool can be useful and effortless no matter the role and environment. Installing Asana and getting set up was quite simple. Whenever I've had questions or concerns I could contact customer support for assistance. I also was able to do a quick search to find a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be helpful if there was an easier way to link Asana to other platforms and be more aesthetically appealing. Specifically, I am thinking about attaching documents to tasks in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all work remotely so Asana is solving several problems for us including - communication, organization, project management, task assignment, etc. This is benefiting my team because we don't constantly need to be on meetings, calls, emails in order to know what is going on with a task or project.

1. It helps you organize your work so you don't miss anything and can meet your objective in a structured pace.
2. Forms allow you to seamless collect information from different departments in or cohesive manner (or external users)
3. Automations and AI help you quickly categories tasks, move them through different stages and ensure follow up on anything missed out.
The name of the game is "follow up" and Asana lets you do this
Any industry will benefit from utilizing Asana even at 50%
I was able to deploy a Point of Sale at 5 different resorts, in less than 60 days because I was able to execute a coordinated deployment , with checklists to ensure I identify blockages quickly and keep upper management informed of my progress simultaneously without much effort.

The AI tool is brilliant but would appreciate an AI credit calculator just to understand how much I am going to exhaust.

Have a central point of truth, it is now the company's knowledge base.

Highly recommend Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana allows you to customize your interface to match how you prefer to work and the pacing/organization of your workflows. The way that you work and a colleague works may be completely different from each other - but this tool allows you both to have the flexibility to design your workflows the way that works best for you. It's also super easy to learn when starting out and offers many courses and tools to help you learn how to utilize the tool for yourself when starting out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the downside of Asana is that there is a lot of individual accountability involved in the process of completing tasks. Not as much oversight from a management perspective on what's getting done when unless something is overdue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our previous tool, there wasn't enough insight into what work was getting done, who was doing it, and what our established processes were. We had teammates hired simply to help translate our old organizational tool to the regular users, because it was so complicated. Asana is bringing visibility and user-friendliness to the team to ensure that everyone can manage their own work and be informed on what is happening within our marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently had Asana training. After using it, it was very helpful and useful. I appreciate the time and energy their team took to facilitate the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't used long enough to find a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes Task Management and Project Collaboration twice as fast and easier.
Most straightforward software out there!
What do you like best about the product?
When you login to Asana you can figure it out just by clicking around. You don’t need to spend money on consultants or browse YouTube for hours to figure it out. But in case you do want to learn more, their videos and webinars are better than anything I’ve seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is straightforward there are some areas it could expand. Like an area for set document types (charter, scope, etc) but that is definitely not a dealbreaker for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI! They are taking the busy work out of project management to free us up to handle the complex issues and the people.
