Asana in day to day work
What do you like best about the product?
The notification and update system. Users get notified and easy to follow up

It's not minimalistic in nature, also the application on phone looks really childish.

It is very easy to assign tasks and keep track of daily projects.

You are unable to share tasks with those without the program.

This allows me to keep up to date with our current projects and what teams are working on them. It has increased my company efficiency.

Asana is a decent Task-Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that their free-version allows you to do everything that you’d need to, without having you to buy extra plugin and features. Their mobile app UI is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having more break-down for projects. We need more features that would allow us to add better labels and to easily track them by specific labels.

It’s a tool my team uses to keep task, projects and everything aligned.

Disclaimer: This review is strictly for the free version. In theory, Asana is a good tool to keep you or your team on task. The updates synchronize with most calendar applications and it is helpful to be able to check progress in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot the functions that we really want to make use of are not available in the free version and it makes it challenging to properly test out its capabilities before making the commitment to upgrade.

Team communication. It creates transparency amongst everyone.
