Seamless platform with incredible features that make it very easy manager projects
What do you like best about the product?
Layout, ease of finding content, tagging, grouping, and receiving requests. Seeing the tasks organized helps keep track of what is coming up without being overwhelmed by the volume.
What do you dislike about the product?
When submitting a request form, I still need to request access from the receiver even though I created it. It makes editing/updating it a bit of a pain but it's not a major issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving social media requests and publishing them accordingly. Also, working with the design team to received feedback and approvals quickly on each task

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to collaborate with teammates easily. The lists and timeline features are my absolute favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have multiple notes on the dashboard.

Asana is streamlining projects and saving us time.

What do you like best about the product?
History of tasks maintained with each task and linking across projects with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gantt chart functionality is mediocre - other software allow easy changes to single tasks to appropriate reschedule multiple dependent tasks. It works a bit strange in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication on the history of a task, and tracking multiple ongoing initiatives at once.

Group work and the ability for everyone to have a unique board while populating shared tasks on multiple boards.
Interesting software for tracking projects and deliverables
What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use and quickly allows the publication of project status updates. The generation of reports by AI, with clear instructions, is interesting and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana lacked the ability to automatically report values from a project (such as the budget, for example) onto the project portfolio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows for quick tracking of a project's deliverables. It also allows for the quick editing of a monthly report. The portfolio allows for the visualization of the status of numerous projects.

I love that we can manage different projects, assign tasks to different team members, choose priorities and deadlines and attach files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would probably like to have a personal calendar with timing of tasks so it will be easier to manage your workload throughout the day

Somewhat too much information on the screen

Have clear tasks for my teamwork; to know who has the "ball" each time; concentrate information in just one place vs emails, whatsapp, etc
Good tool for cross-functional marketing collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the home dashboards and hierarchy of information presented. Asana keeps me on track for my projects as well as those other projects I am a contributor towards
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little clunky with search. When adding in the complexity of programmatic projects it is easy to loose track of the higher level vision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a disbursed team and Asana makes it easier to cross-functionally collaborate on projects.
