Good organization tool, but a bit tough to understand.
What do you like best about the product?
Good feature sets, robust scheduling and task management, good UI. Use daily when possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to get up and running - and support is helpful but there are basic functionalities that are difficult to figure out how to do (due today, overdue tasks without moving it from it's existing column, etc).

What do you like best about the product?
i think that asana is a wonderful alternative to pen and paper task tracking, and is a crucial tool for team communication
What do you dislike about the product?
i think there are still some UI things that could be updated, primarily revolving around the automated recreation of tasks

It is a very good tool to facilitate task tracking and intra team communication
Efficient collaborative planning
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to break down every task to its minutiae helps me stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish entries in the calendar had more details about the task at a glance, rather than having to click through so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helpful in making my planning easy to share and letting others assign me jobs within larger tasks in a clear way
Keep track of everything, lots of possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
I love how dynamic it is and how there are so many ways to tailor it to your needs and working style. The Slack integration ensures I don't miss anything. I also am learning how to use templates so that each time I start a project or a task, I don't have to build it from scratch. Overall it's a super intuitive tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I don't want to be inundated with alerts, I do wish I had the option to "follow" tasks. I'd really like it if tasks I'm a collaborator on appeared in "My Tasks" because those are the easiest for me to lose track of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Asana makes it near impossible to lose track of tasks. I have trained myself to just put each ask/task/to do into Asana right away and then I can always come back and add details and put it where it needs to be when I have another minute.
Efficient and Organized To-Do list
What do you like best about the product?
I am someone who is constantly changing and/or losing my to-do list and how I keep track of it. This has helped me really keep everything together with reminders so I don't ignore my checklist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really the only downside is figuring out my favorite way to organize the tasks without duplicating them, but that just will take time and experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it simpler to remember to execute specific tasks.

Asana is so helpful keeping our team on track. It's also not hard to learn and the interface is user-friendly.

It's capabilities are not as robust as some other project management systems.

Helping the team stay on top of multiple deadlines. Helping communication flowing among internal team members.

I didn't need to watch any videos or tutorials to figure it out - I could just start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are being confronted with ever-approaching deadlines and work to be done.

I wish there was a pop up that teaches you how to use all features, because asana has a lot of functionality and you can only find out after using it a lot
