Asana helps me stay organized and manage projects!

What do you like best about the product?
Love love the weekly view. I always color-coordinate each of my tasks based on each project/client. Really easy to use, I haven't contacted their support on anything, that's how easy it is. I'm not only using it for work but for personal use as well. I organize chores, bills, and events too.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at all. I always like using Asana since I had a client that uses it and have been using it every since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay organized across multiple client accounts and projects. Managing social media means juggling a lot of moving pieces—content calendars, deadlines, approvals, creative assets, and performance reviews. Asana allows me to keep everything in one place, easily collaborate with clients and team members, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. It helps me stay on schedule, streamline communication, and ultimately deliver better, more consistent content.

What do you like best about the product?
task reminders, easy task assignments, and due dates. easy to implement in your company, customer support is always there, I use asana everyday, integration with other software is easy

What do you like best about the product?
It’s so easy to organise my to do list, setting dates for completion.

It’s also great to store information in a central place, whilst being able to add links, photos and documents.

It works well when I’m working with clients as we can communicate with each other by leaving comments on a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become complicated as you start to create teams, projects and tasks if you haven’t organised them correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily keep track of tasks my clients have asked for. Or if there is an up coming event I can set a date and add links, photos, notes etc keeping everything in one place to retrieve data.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep tasks divided up and detailed enough to find and execute your portions of projects and also keep track of where others may be and see their updates as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me it is the mobile version (which is great), but I much prefer the extra details and abilities you get on the web page version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps different people on time with their portions of projects, and also by posting and completing tasks, it is a form of indirect communication between employees on updates for where they are and how things are going. Being able to loop in collaborators on certain areas also makes life very easy instead of having to explain through emails, they can just log in and see where you are

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is, and how clean the design is. Once you're used to the system, it makes task management so efficient. I use it all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the columns were more customizable, but with updates that happen pretty frequently, I don't see it being a problem forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everything in one place for my whole remote team. Communication is easy and efficient

Tons of features and flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of features and flexibility on how to set it up for our needs.
Multi homing is a great feature because that reflects reality - many a times, a project is part of many portfolios and a task/milestone is part of many projects.
Goals section and the Strategy map to connect goals and portfolios/projects is Fantastic.
Mostly intuitive.
Once we have learnt it, it is very easy to use.
I am impressed with overall speed and sync speed too. What my colleague updates, I can see it near instantly - this is Awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve. I know that Asana provides onboarding help and training help. So, ideally this should mitigate the issue of the learning curve.
Reporting specific to certain tasks/milestones/section is missing as a feature. Meaning, reporting tells how many tasks got completed or had a certain value, but if I want to report specifically on the values of certain tasks against other tasks then such a feature isn't there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have Jira for our Agile Project Management. But we are using Asana for Executive Leadership level tracking and reporting of all projects and intitiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and teach
Works well to both organize projects and share with our wider organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing to public on the web with link isn't necessarily the easiest to figure out how to work so that everyone can see without creating Asana accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting work done in a timely manner was an issue for my team, so having the Timeline function is critical!

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has truly made it simple to get started with its intuitive and user-friendly platform. The availability of Asana University directly within the app was a game-changer—it allowed me to learn the software quickly and effortlessly. This thoughtful feature streamlined the onboarding process and helped me feel confident using the tool right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is an excellent tool overall, I feel the mobile app could benefit from enhancements to better align with the desktop version. The current disparity between the two can disrupt the workflow, and mirroring the features and design would create a more seamless and cohesive user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m excited about how Asana can help bring our projects together across different teams. I’m looking forward to using its tools to see progress and track our work more easily. I can’t wait to see how it can make our organization work even better.

-Customization (custom fields, multiple views)
-Ability to automate workflows
-Compatibility with other tools (slack, Gsuite)
What do you dislike about the product?
-Adding unnecessary AI features
-Paywalls on automations/rules
-Inability to upgrade only particular members to a higher membership tier for additional features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Keeping an ongoing log of tasks relevant to particular product lines. This has massively helped us not "forget" improvements that we have dreamed up one day
-Sharing work breakdowns for project management. Knowing everyone can see it so they stay accountable
-Managing equipment shipping and repair requests and tracking them through each stage until completing
