What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful that Asana is customizable to cater to different business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to get projects to fall under one umbrella is a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to streamline our process for projects and it is benefiting that we can keep track of goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful for async collaboration and task management. Very easy and intuitive tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if you could assign more than one person to a task, not just list them as a collaborator. And if asana was also a knowledge management tool, I would never stray away!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project collaboration.

It benefits me and my team by allowing visibility and alignment on projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and non-bloated like many of the competitors. It's zippy and easy to find what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the process of creating a task was much more streamlined. I often find myself reaching for a piece of paper to make a note for a task to input into Asana later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all tasks and priorities, and being able to scoot things around as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user friendly it is. We use asana on a daily basis to track ongoing projects and helps create transparency among teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the minor learning curve and transition for new users. I was part of the team that needed to transfer all of projects to asana which was a bit lengthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects management among teams. It creates ease when working cross functionally with other teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana works well in many situations, it's helped me with my own work, or when organizing the work of 100+ engineers. I'm in it on a daily basis, and it's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricey, especially given it doesn't really discount for an overseas team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to plan out my own work, as does the team. We also use Asana to monitor our development roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard features for project management and the integrated time tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restriction on sso-functionality for clients. They require a domain/linkage to the accounts providing the access to asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hitting deadlines, tracking time and project status.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of creating cards and projects and reminders via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
updating the tasks using email. somehow automatically it doesnt recongnise the task updates, instead it will end up creating new tasks

Great Project Management tool

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the functionality and I very much look forward to diving in to really get my head around how the Forms and AI features work and how they can improve our efficiencies. It's easy to use, and there is a great knowledge base to refer to if you need to figure out how to do something.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that dependencies work is a bit frustrating for our business, only because we had thought they would trigger a deadline (eg, if the task in the template is set up as task B is dependent on task A and task B is due +3 days after task A, the deadline date for task B is still based off the project start date and not a timeline that starts once the blocking task is complete).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently working to organize our workflows so that we can remove the need to go through emails and texts and whatsapp groups to get all the information you need about a particular project and streamline it so that we have everything, and all communication around a project, within the project in Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration within the service is great, especially for building boards and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is comparable to similar software like Trello.

Working remotely with a team and finishing projects together.
