My bff coworker
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy. Make my work easier. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
More varion colors? lol - more pro options for non pay ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
good intercommunication and organization between teams
I have enjoyed Asana. I like how many options for viewing there are for both managers and others.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful things in asana are the subtasks and the division of work. Being able to connect with the whole team is important to me and I like the opportunity to work collaboratively with all of the information in one place. I find the checklist easy to use and have not tried the customer support.I feel that the ease of use and notifications are very helpful as I use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Asana to be harder to manage tasks without some more in-depth training or time on the job. I realize that it is a platform with lots of options that allow companies of multiple types to function in the same platform, but I wish that there was a universal setup that was recommended and could be modified from a starting point. If that makes sense? I feel that the ease of use and notifications are very helpful as I use it everyday. I would say that implementation could be simpler and more training tools could exist for the platform. We don't specifically integrate with anything, so I cannot speak to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management is the most significant area that Asana benefits me.
Asana - Easy and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple to pick up and begin using, but there's so much hidden complexity that allows you to go far beyond just scheduling tasks and writing comments. It's easy to add (and remove!) collaborators, and there's so many different ways to tag and visualize your tasks. You also get notifications instantly instead of on a delay, which is super helpful when you have teams in different timezones and need quick responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it's a little too easy to get added to tasks. It does take some outside of Asana communication to make sure you're not getting too many notifications and pushes. Sometimes people might use comment threads to go back and forth in quick success, and the instant notifications means you get bombarded. If there was a comment thread option that might help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally I have a lot of business related tasks and it helps keep me organized. I can easily bin tasks into different priority levels, and at a glance understand what I need to make on the fly priority shifts.
It's also helpful when working with others, especially in different timezones. It's very good at helping manage tasks and workflows with multiple simultaneous moving parts.

It's a great tool for managing agile projects. In my case the flow is smooth and very customizable.
What do you like best about the product?
That the team can customize the entire board and link tickets as dependencies or create specific types of tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the links to other tasks (referenced inside a task) cannot be selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency is being achieved with Asana as the whole team can know how the work is being done and how fast we are going.
Easy user experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to understand the workload of my team
What do you dislike about the product?
i've had issues recently with deleting items then restoring and it disrupts the whole flow and doesn't restore how it originally was. The difficulty of setting it up initially can be daunting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
providing a clear list of tasks and due dates along with clarity in how the team is progressing
Super useful project management software, don' t know how I'd work without it!

Solid platform to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way there is customization in the layout and organization so we can keep track of projects how we want to. Also it integrates with a google form we have set up to take on external requests and that works nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit overwhelming at first but once you take a second and look it all over it is less intimidating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of having disparate sources of truth when it comes to our projects. We house all our internal projects and external requests within Asana and that helps us stay organized and align expectations.
So many ways to organize
What do you like best about the product?
That is it so customizable. You can create a system that works perfectly for the work you do. I like how it integrates with so many different outside platforms as well. Lots of good training modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is fairly intuitive, it can be overwhelming at first. Not really a fault of the program so much as just a fact of onboarding a new software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So much easier to maintain a marketing calendar and let my org know all the steps that go into creating content.
Handy tool for reminders and to dos
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to access to-do list that provides me with reminders and reinforcements to get my tasks done
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen it opens on to is not usually my personal to-do list. Email reminders can be too frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my boss and coworkers to assign tasks that are compiled and easy to access, cutting down on emails and meetings
Great way to track activity and assign To Do's without the Pen and Paper
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana integrates with many other programs, such as Slack, to keep me on top of my weekly priorities. Our company uses Asana for personal task management and also customer project management. It has been widely adopted here and I can see why. It's smooth, easy once you learn it, and there are so many use cases for it. Great way to add visibility for collaborating teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was skeptical when I first joined my new company and found that they used Asana for many things, including onboarding and task management. I am usually a pen and paper girl. It was a bit overwhelming at first, because it has so many capabilities and is a robust tool for something that seems simple. However, I quickly saw the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana insures that I have a full understanding of what I'm working on and what my teammates are doing as well. It helps with collaborating on a project, such as a client proof of concept or a new employee onboarding. It allows multiple people to work on the same thing and is also a great way to keep track of my weekly priorities. I have since ditched the pen and paper lists.
