Will never use another project management system
What do you like best about the product?
I have been an active user of Asana for almost 11 years and even when restructuring my company, I immediately went to Asana to start from ground up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple features I wish Asana had but at the moment can't recall what those were.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a remote Executive assistant and it literally is my bible to make my day function.
Asana serves our needs well
What do you like best about the product?
Task management: it is very easy to track tasks and pass them to teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I worry that ass they add more bells and whistles to the platform it becomes harder for users to navigate. I also had a horrible experience with customer support. While I was reviewing the platform for my org the sales team was very communicative and helpful and as soon as I signed up and ran my credit card they vanished completely. Only they activated my account wrong so we couldn't use Asana for a month. I finally had to pretend to be a new customer to get someone on the phone who could resolve my issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a way of documenting our work and automating recurring projects.
Helps a non-detailed brain keep her shit together :)
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly for all types of people. I am not an administrative person and it makes great sense to me and helps me keep everything in order.It is super easy to use, it integrates very well with my email and our CRM tool. I use it EVERYDAY. I also started using it for my own personal and family use as well. I LOVE THIS TOOL!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. I have had no issue yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me on track to follow up with dozens of clients that I need to keep a consistent touch with. It helps me care for people better. It takes the stressful to do list in my brain and cleans it up, and makes me feel more confident.
Flexible project management solution for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is highly customizable which has been a great help for our team. The Automations help cut down a lot of extra work. The ease of implementation means that Asana works for our team rather than the other way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a customized demo is difficult. There are a lot of resources for learning Asana, but if you are looking for hands-on support it can be frustrating in comparison with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, Asana is helping us keep information related to our work in one place. It also helps us track all the work we do so so we can better manage resources on our team.

I had not worked with Asana until last year, and I can guarantee that it helps you maintain organized and focused on your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now, there is nothing I can think that I dislike about Asana. It has been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easier to collaborate with other team members. Also, it is very helpful to maintain the social media calendar of my company up to date.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Asana, a lot of tasks where either not done or done partially.

Asana is great for tracking workflow and workload!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a lifesaver for my day-to-day with my team. We track all deliverables, workflow, requests, and calendar schedules for the entire year. Across multiple teams, initiatives, and projects...it's easy for things to get lost in the shuffle. Being able to track bandwidth, time spent, and visualizing dashboards has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, tracking time spent can only be used for a capped amount for subtasks. It would be helpful if it could count for more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep multiple teams in the loop about what we're working on and what the flow and next task is. It cuts down on confusing emails and helps gives us data on what we're working on.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to have tasks across multiple projects and determine which team members on on which project. Also love the functionality of seeing tasks in different formats (calendars, lists, boards, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were an easier way to share a view only link with non-Asana team members (i.e. our CEO), and the option to have private saved views just for me on shared team projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy place to visually share a Marketing Calendar with the team. And the ability to link tasks and see how projects are progressing.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Asana as a multitude of tools that allow multiple different teams utilize it differently. I like the different ways to view things (calendar, list, boards, etc). I like daily tasks and being able to comment and assign throughout the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing for me is that sub-tasks can't be added to certain boards. Like I'd love for my sub-sub-tasks to show up on the calendar but only the first subtask(maybe?) can. Like for Social Media - I typically like to minimize stuff as much as possible like for example, one task is the post that is going live, but to accompany that post, I have an instagram story, a channel broadcast, potentially a Tik Tok that also goes live. And I do this almost every day, so having SO many master tasks - things get lost. It would just be nice to have it all under an organized post and then the subtasks can show up in the calendar so someone can look at the calendar and see EVERYTHING going live that day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small company where a lot of people where multiple hats, meaning things can get lost. Helps to keep tasks and ideas ALIVE rather than lost and dead.
Wonderful tool for large companies
What do you like best about the product?
The unique and complex functions available make Asana a breeze to work with. The Jira integration works great for dev teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to have tasks with subtasks automatically expanded. It would also be helpful if rules to could be applied to subtasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the need for project organization and billing management. The integration with Everhour is especially beneficial.
