Great Task Managment App
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the notification options for those you need to communicate with regarding a task or project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced a technical glitch a time or two where a task or project was checked as completed but did not show up on Asana as completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is super helpful for my client’s to be able to visually see what projects they need completed and which assignments are done, etc.

Fantastic Project Management Tool - Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me to easily organize projects and to assign tasks to my team. I love that I’m always on the top of all of the projects and to keep track of every completed task. This is great tool because it lets us know what is completed and what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to keep track of the sub tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is perfect project management tool that helps us to organize our projects and to keep the track of the progress. I love that it allows us to easily assign tasks instead of using emails to keep in touch with other members. I love that everything is in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an amazing tool for everyday management. Project management only works if you implement it.
Simplifies project management - easy to use and share projects with your team
What do you like best about the product?
Comment threads for each individual task, ability to link up files and links within to-do item to share with team members. Organize tasks by project, due date and “boards”. Duplicate projects you repeat throughout the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar is only inside asana. It sends notifications to your email, but I wish the tasks synced with google calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing projects and tasks between team members. I don’t find asana necessary if one person completes a task from start to finish, but when multiple team members have different touch points it’s hugely beneficial.

The ability to assign individuals and due dates makes it easy to track work

Communication, long term planning. It's great for setting deadlines that are far in the future so they don't fall off your radar.

It makes tracking to do lists fun! Make sure to assign dates whenever possible to take full advantage of reminders
Asana - Extremely Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's user interface is extremely easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana lacks a few details such as sorting cards by date/time.

Task management and keeping everyone accountable for tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a great task management tool! I would highly recommend it for anyone that works in big groups or within a specific department.

Asana is an incredibly user-friendly program - I love using it and the drag + drop feature is one of my favorites. This makes it very easy to sort my tasks the way I want them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! This program fills all my needs as of today.

Asana keeps my business organized and creates a very easy to follow task-oriented layout. It is very gratifying to mark a task as done and see it fade. This tool allows me to organize my to-do list for my role.

Highly recommend! I use the free version (for less than 4 folks I believe) and it fits right it to my needs.

It helps with inter-departmental projects and keeping various aspects on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little confusing sometimes with how it puts replies in various places (on the task, in in-boxes, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a world wide remote team and it keeps us all organized across the globe.
Simlifies communication
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage multiple projects in multiple departments with different teams. I think the app is very user friendly as well

I wish it was more visually appealing: fonts, colors, etc.

It minimizes email communication and allows many people to view a project that can easily be referred back to

I highly recommend Asana, especially for those who are always on the go and rely on mobile apps to manage projects and communication while minimizing emails.

It 's very straightforward and easy to use, which is great and it solves the issue of how to do work together as a group
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it as much as I'd like because there's some duplication required.
