What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can communicate differently on the platform (comments, description, likes) and the UI is sleek

It sends me too many emails and I'm not sure how to turn that off

Setting timelines has become easier, and it's simpler to know who's working on what project

The depatmentalizing capabilities by creating separate team projects is a great tool for us since we have quite a few different teams in different projects within those teams

We dont like how you must nclude followers to be seen in replies and there are no emojis

We have solved the need to meet daily in person at a brick-and-mortar which we do not have the capability of at this time and Edition we have resolved the issue of being able to share documents and one space without having to email

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me to organize and prioritize my tasks every day. I pull the most important tasks to the top of the list, so I know that's on first for the next day. It is also easy to follow up on tasks that are not completed by the due date or are lagging behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Teams vs. Projects format isn't very clear, so we are often unsure whether who is following or has access to certain projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is able to communicate more easily and clearly through Asana. I like that I can receive emails when a team member has completed or updated a task. It is also easier to follow up on tasks that are not completed by the due date or are lagging behind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Organize yourself in teams and have a structure before setting up with Asana. That way it'll be clearer when setting up Teams and Projects. Awesome for team who struggle with communication!

With Asana, you can create projects and schedule relevant tasks with ease. You can also share and track revisions.

There's nothing I dislike about Asana. It has made my work much easier

Wonderful and Convenient Task-Tracking Online System
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly track which tasks have been completed, on which date, and on what time. I also like the ability to assign tasks efficiently while monitoring the projects to which they are related.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the tracking of project templates without automatic assignment based on keywords in those projects. I would like for Asana to intelligently correlate words in different templates to existing projects, and connect them in a workgroup in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are contributing to the efficiency of the business by assigning tasks, monitoring their progress through completion, and creating additional projects which address the needs of the client base. We have improved operational efficiency and synchronized teamwork to the point where we have been able to coordinate well to finish projects ahead of deadlines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an excellent and affordable software system for small-to-medium sized teams, but it could work for large teams as well. I highly recommend Asana as a system!
Organize and Prioritize!
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best for Asana is the board system and how I can drag images easily into each task. Since I work with a graphics team, it is important to know all of our tasks and what images and layouts are needed. The simple interface allows us to easily navigate and we never miss any messages or deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Asana as of right now (: Although we are only using the Free program, we found that all the included tools offered is all we need for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I brought in Asana to our small team (Digital Content Team) for easier communication when I, as a project manager is really bombarded with meetings and other obligations. It really shortened the amount of e-mails we got and also other parts of our company has found ways to utilize it for better transparency on information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small company that has many separate teams that would like to reduce the amount of transparency and work together, Asana is a great option to really hone in on delivering great output. You can focus on the task at hand rather than scrambling through 10+ e-mails just to get that one sliver of information you might have missed. With Asana, my team was able to not miss any deadlines and communication was so streamlined that we all knew what we were doing and most importantly, why.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use and allows my team to accurately track projects and make sure that tasks don't fall through the cracks

Nothing yet. Everything is working as expected and advertised.

Project management and client tracking. We now clearly know who is the lead on a project and what timelines tasks need to be completed by.
Asana helps manage all the things
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature for me is subtasks. The ability to create checklists, with associated tasks, is exactly how my brain works. The chance to see this in a digital format is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a small thing but I wish that I didn't have to click out of a task to stop editing it. Often I press enter/return and create another task that I don't need. Then I have to take the time to delete it. Assigning tasks to an individual is also difficult to do strictly from the keyboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Asana as a project managment tool. I'm able to list all of the tasks that need to be completed in the same way my brain functions, allowing for more efficient work. I'm also able to share tasks with my contract team.
This allows allows all of us to work toward completing the project together. We can see who did what, when they completed it, and what else needs to be done.
