Keeps me organized and on task
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep different areas of my life in order without having to blend them together.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there isn't a free option for individuals who want to use vs. large teams.

Really great and frequent training that allows you to use the app

The training is really comprehensive and doesnt cost anything additional

Without the training the user doesnt know all the different features that the app has to offer. The training is a really helpful and important way to learn how to use the app to the fullest of it's ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issues of visibility of disfferent people's tasks and helps you have a more clear undersanding of what each team member is doing.

I'm new to Asana. So far, I've been most impressed with the onboarding process for the tool.

Nothing yet. I'm new to the tool and have not faced any challenges in using Asana.

Great Tool with Room for More Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a fantastic platform for managing projects and keeping teams aligned. I love its intuitive interface, the ability to organize tasks seamlessly, and the way it supports collaboration across teams. The visual boards and timeline features are especially helpful for tracking progress and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, I wish Asana offered more integrations, especially with tools like Google Calendar. While some integrations exist, deeper or more native connectivity with commonly used tools would make the workflow even smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is my go-to platform when I need to manage any kind of work for my team. It's extremely flexible, allows you to create multiple projects and has a lot of ways for you to manage dependencies. It has a timeline view for you to see all tasks in order and each task has it's own section where collaborators can leave comments and tag other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their prices seem a bit higher than some other competitors and it's not the best service to use if you do a lot of graphic-intensive work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With around 50 people in my team, managing workload and tasks was a bit cumbersome. However, with Asana's task management features, managing tasks is as easy as 1-2-3.

Asana is intuitive for streamlining. Even with little knowledge of the program you can still increase productivity with the bare minimum feature usage. It is easily integratable for everyday use.

There are a lot of parts to try to teach a team.

Asana makes it so that we can assign tasks and keep track of all of the work that is being done so that we don't miss anything as a team.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana are a few key limitations regarding its integration capabilities with other applications. Firstly, it lacks the ability to automatically create tasks from certain types of emails, which can hinder workflow efficiency. Additionally, the inability to send direct messages to individuals on Slack from Asana is a significant drawback, as it complicates communication.
Moreover, some functionalities feel insufficiently developed. For instance, the rules feature does not allow for rules to be deactivated; the only option is to remove them entirely. This can be cumbersome when adjustments are needed without completely eliminating the rule.

The clear visibility and smart integtation into project timelines has improved my ability to manage workloads effectively. Additionally, the supportive customer success team has provided me with the resources needed to maximize the platform’s capabilities, ultimately enhancing my productivity and collaboration within my organization.

Asana is a great tool for project planning and tracking. Their live trainings and resources on their website are very helpful to get you started and to learn about the more advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana could do with further improvements and added features to make the tool truly useful to the level required for more complex or detailed projects.
