Good platform for communication with team
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, can change template layouts for different things, can assign tasks and communicate with team members about tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to complain about, so far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with deadlines.

I like having everything in one place - I can see my work, talk about my work, and collaborate on my work all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot to learn and sometimes it can seem very daunting or even discouraging because there's so much more you can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been solving the multiple stream of tasks that get sent my way via verbal requests, email requests and chat requests. As an Operations Manager for an organization of 60 people Asana has cut down on the overwhelm I've felt with trying to organizine my day-to-day work.

Extremely useful tool that we used to track all our internal projects and supports the team in ensuring that we meet all day

At the moment, there’s not anything that I can say that I dislike

We have a few critical deadlines within our business, especially when tracking the projects the stone helps us to achieve those deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
How easy to use it is! So far, implementation is great. And I think I never had an issue with customer support. I'm still learning the process so I'm still establishing my frequency of use. Also, I love that they have so much features. The integration is fine as well. I don't have a problem with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easy to get used to when you are a newbie.

Organizes Anything, User Friendly and Easy as AI
What do you like best about the product?
Developing process process and workflow and communicating with others so that everyone of the team has a visibility and transparency into what's going on. You don't need to hack into somebody's email or their slack account to learn about information while they might be off sick or something like that you could just easily assign it to somebody else and move on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Asana had a better ability to track financials. It's certainly not meant to do that, but it does it to a certain point. It would be great if it could do it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana for freelance approval forms and attract the freelancers financial projections, and then the actuals and then we can put the invoices in the task in the comptroller can review everything there. We also use it for every project and we find out the amount that's due on the invoice and the user approves that invoice amount before the accounts team send it out.
Asana keeps our team united on tasks and provides an easy way to move tasks through our processes.

I like the ability to move around through Asana and look at multiple avenues of our business.

Tracking subtasks and how they are viewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our team united. Allowing us to see where everyone is on their specific tasks. We have multiple offices and Asana keeps our inbox and emailing volleying to a minimum.
You get more than a project management tool with Asana.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very simple to use and figure out with the basics. However, they provide a lot of resources to help you master the program and your process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet. If there has been any issue, they have responded quickly with a solution.

We are using Asana to manage our tasks and workflow. It helps us to stay organized and prioritize our projects and work.
