Asana Keeps Projects Organized, Transparent, and On Track
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is how it makes project and task management extremely organized and transparent. The platform is easy to use, allows teams to collaborate smoothly, and provides clear visibility into deadlines, priorities, and progress through boards, timelines, and workflows. It’s especially helpful for keeping complex projects on track and ensuring everyone stays aligned without relying on scattered emails or spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana is that it can start to feel overwhelming as projects grow in size and complexity, especially with too many tasks, notifications, and dependencies. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, and the platform can require ongoing maintenance to keep workflows clean and organized. Additionally, for smaller teams, it may feel more robust than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of scattered tasks and unclear project ownership by bringing all work into one organized system with clear deadlines, assignees, and progress tracking. This helps teams stay aligned, reduces missed tasks, and makes it easier to plan and prioritize work. For me, it means fewer follow-up messages, better visibility into team workload, and more predictable delivery of projects without confusion or duplicated effort.
