Workflow Specialist Certificate

  • March 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the Workflow Specialist Certificate. It taught me how to automate tasks, which is really useful at work. The labs where we built actual workflows were the best part.

I think it could be better if we did a bigger project, like a real-world problem, in teams. Also, more help with fixing errors in workflows would be good. Finally, I wish there was more focus on how to plan and understand the processes we're automating.

Overall, it was a good course and I learned a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a learner and yet to discover anything I have disliked so can't comment on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me to learn and also practically apply my knowledge to dive deeper into project management.

Asana saves the day

  • March 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, and has a super friendly interface. Most importantly, you have really decent features even on the free version which means you can use it at work, and also switch to using it personally. The support from customer service has also been great and easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rules and automations can feel super complex. I had to do workflow training and watch lots of videos to even understand the basic level of automations. I wish that was a lot simpler, as it would a persons confidence in using the tool a lot quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration is the biggest problem Asana is solving. At the moment, we have multiple teams working on different platforms and in different places, this makes collaborating more difficult but also makes it harder to have an overview of where everyone is. We are moving to Asana to remove that aspect, but also be able to share resources, remove waste and have a clear view of where we need to improve our systems.

I use Asana for everything

  • March 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive it is. I use it to keep track of work projects, day - to - day to do's, and even use it to to keep track of trips I'm planning with friends. It makes planning less of a hassle and I can implement it in different ways. I also like how easy it is to add friends to my boards and integrate it into how we even plan nights out.
What do you dislike about the product?
How many of the features are paid. I'd love to see a few more features offered at a lower tiered rate, allowing for more accesibility for folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows for greater communication and fewer bottle necks. I can ensure my clients see exactly what I'm seeing and can direct their attention to important tasks easily.

ASANA is a Great Project Management Tool

  • March 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Asana is that it is a great platform to organize small and large projects. As an event planner, this helps organize complex programs and keep track of all deliverables. The Portfolio feature is great to help keep different workstreams in their areas while being able to see the high-level status of a project. I also like the special access you get as an Asana ambassador and the community where you can ask questions and get new updates from Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about Asana, I think it's taking more time to educate myself in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing the ability to see the a project from high level without being in the "weeds" of all the planning. The reporting features allow you to understand what is still overdue, at risk, etc. The automation of the rules helps streamline work flow efficiencies.

Asana has transformed the way that we manage work

  • March 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use, powerful, and flexible. The one to many relationship you can have between tasks and projects is an actual game changer in how you track work, and keep it visible between people and teams. The workflow editor is another very powerful feature, and I would argue the best of all of the work management tools. The Asana AI features are also crazy powerful when used correctly. They also have a ton of out of the box integrations that make it easy to connect other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any specific dislikes about Asana as a product. The bigger hurdle to jump with a tool like this is internal adoption and consistent use of a product. Asana's professional services team is great, and very helpful at user adoption training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall work management is tough in any organization, and for ours, its allowing us to have a single place to track work, report on task status, and allowing teams to collaborate easily across departments. The workflow feature allows work to seamlessly move between departments, where otherwise, it required instant messages and emails to communicate about tasks. Now its all automatic.
