Effective project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the deadline feature and the ability to add images to tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish tasks weren't archived to a different location once marked as complete and that you had the ability to hyperlink within tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is great for project management and staying on top of deadlines. Love the reminders it sends to assignees to complete tasks, as well as to assigners when tasks have been updated/completed.
Mildly confusing interface
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create tasks and lists under different categories. The similarities in design to Slack, another common workplace app.
What do you dislike about the product?
How much clicking is necessary to get from task to task. How divided (and therefore small) the screen gets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am planning large scale multi-week events and projects with my team. It is easy to assign tasks to different colleagues and check in on their progress.
Useful but not necessary
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up tasks and goals and to track them. The calendar view is very useful to know when things are due, and lets you get organized easily. It's also easy to have goals checked completed and assign goals and tasks to team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not well organized if you have multiple companies and multiple tasks in each company. It works well for single projects, but I need a tool that can help me organize across many projects from different enterprises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and assignment of tasks for each team member. Tracking of milestones and seeing them in a calendar to make sure we complete deadlines is one thing we did accomplish. It also makes it easy to figure out who is doing what and who is responsible for the tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Trello
Good for tracking action items, categorization/organization could be better

Quick and easy to create action items, and move them around, assign them, create due dates and reminders, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Labels are for viewing only and items under a label don't actually relate to the label other than visually. That means you can't sort your work queues as things will no longer be categorized by label. Huge disadvantage and makes it difficult to prioritize items overall across different labels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking client deliverables, assignments, due dates, etc.
Excellent tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform. File transfer and live time updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Would be easier to use if it was an application and not a web based platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with individuals in many locations across the country. Allows for easy access to ideas and sharing of products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test and use compared to other products. Believe this is easier to use than the free items provided by Google.

A good task/project management software, but needs some UI updates

I like how you can have multiple Projects, Tasks, Subtasks, and depth with different responsibility at the granular task level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Viewing conversations and details at anything beyond the first sub-task level is too difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage multiple projects and keep all parties up to date with information on the projects. We are able to hold employees accountable for all tasks.
Great for small groups

Simple to use for all users in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Weak reporting features for project management methodologies such as PMP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling content for complex documents and reporting.
Good way to share tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share tasks and checklists with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole setup is a bit overkill, with repeated items often created and then these are not so easily destroyed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing to share tasks and items with other team members is quick and easy, and the checklists that can be accessed by entire teams is great for accountability.

Many features at one place, easy to use, work with fun, great to communicate
