To good business
What do you like best about the product?
Has everything to do with simplicity, a lot of technology and objectivity and everything can be perfect to generate good business and satisfaction of both parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many modules, directories, unnecessary departments but it still has a touch of simplicity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More organization making me really take care of doing good business and not solving situations that could generate business. Yes now I only take care of my business object.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We are working less than a year, it is still little time for a bigger step that we intend to take, but I believe that soon we will have better considerations on the way to a better evolution.

What do you dislike about the product?
For free account, should allow control to admin to disable deletion of tasks / projects by other team members.
Moving tasks to archived project, resets section / does not ask which section the task should be moved to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminate communication gap, create centralized location for all tasks tracking, identify tasks assigned per person.

Hassel free setup. Easy to generate a workflow and change it. .
Has amazing features that help you connect with other applications as well as turn on or off notifications on select tasks, set priorities.

Great tool for being able to organize tasks by groups

The way the tasks are laid out in the interface seems to be unnecessarily complex...can make it easy to get confused about the status of a task or who the task is shared with

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way Asana allows me to import and export tasks to a universal Spreadsheet format.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint about Asana is that tasks can only be delegated to other Asana members. I would like a way to assign the tasks to a person of group who is not a member of Asana. I would manage reminding them of their remaining tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana I am able to consolidate my tasks lists from multiple projects and prioritize them by due-date.

I like the design of the platform and the integration of my team and google docs

I struggled with deadlines that didn't have flexibility. It wasn't very easy to see who was working on what when, and some information would end up buried in long threads

So easily to collaborate and share progress on projects and documents with team members.

I really like using Asana, except I wish there was a "back" button!

We can get feedback from each other quicker than e-mail, more convenient than calling people over to your computer every time.
Game changing collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow is excellent. Project timelines look clean and easy to follow. Assigning tasks and followers allows for easy tracking. Files always attach easily and the search feature works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not really much I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management is much easier and communication between departments is significantly more clear. We're able to stay closer to projected timelines and avoid errors.

Asana has really stepped up our game in terms of team productivity. Their task delegation tools and deadlines make it easy to keep tabs on everyone's progress!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if asana had a desktop app or program that could integrate better onto my computer instead of keeping it up in my browser for the whole day!

I've solved the problem of cohesive team connectivity. Each of my team members can see how their colleagues are doing and incorporate their experience into each others work.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner with multiple types of projects (administrative, client facing, etc.), I love using Asana to manage everything. I love how I can assign subtasks with deadlines and notes so that I can keep everything in one place. The ability to save searches is also great, since it allows me to view everything I need to do for a particular project or deadline in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface leaves something to be desired - it would be nice if I could include my branding or have a more custom interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on timeline, managing an editorial and marketing calendar (the ability to view tasks in a calendar format is so helpful), and keeping track of everything in one place!
Asana is the ultimate task master.
What do you like best about the product?
It easily allows you to alert your team on project updates without bogging down people's inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana in general is very user-friendly. My only suggestion is more quick training and tips on how to better use it.

The ability to see everyone's workload so we can juggle and pitch in accordingly.
