What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. I use for organizing team projects.

There are some flaws in the design. That is most designs though

Asana is great for team building projects and for collaboration amongst team members.

Helps keep me organized and stay on top of multiple projects at once. Super easy to use.

There isn’t enough color. I don’t know if it’s just that I don’t know how to set it up or what.

Sees tasks in a simple list, easy to manage software for small clients. Great for small storage and due dates/

Can't use for more than 10-15 clients. Hard to see the big picture and find tasks.

Simple project management software for agencies to manage their tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Whether you're a one-man band doing cosmetics, like me, or looking to sort out home organisation or even large scale projects - Asana is where it's at.

Lack of customisation, really. It could use with a little more user-specific input and notation spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps with stock management and my production line. It keeps my INCI and formulae centralised.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's ten times better than other similar items - Asana is a really good all-in-one package which doesn't disappoint.
Productive and effective project management
What do you like best about the product?
It is a manager, very complete so it takes full advantage when it is used by several agencies, is ideal for that, communication is integral between the financial, accounting areas and those responsible for the execution and operation of the projects, stable structures of complete work, allows you to generate process flows, assignment of tasks and continuous monitoring of projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is an easy-to-use software we can not find a way to prioritize access permissions to the information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an interface that offers productivity to the maximum is excellent for large work groups and that require defining their process flow to define and establish specific assignments, allows you to reduce the margin of error in the execution of projects
Does the trick, but frustrating!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is collaborative. My favorite features are the ability to add followers to any task, set up a project and have followers of the entire project plus multiple tasks and a timeline, can add a date range instead of a due date, and the ability to @someone in comments or notes. It's pretty handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not particularly user-friendly. Because it's not the most intuitive, it's easy to end up using it as a glorified to-do list. If following a task, you receive an email for every single minor change to the task. Things aren't where you would think they should be - right click is not a feature so you have to dig to do something simple like delete a task. You get used to it but the interface feels antiquated. It's more like a software program to cover yourself than a software program to keep a project flowing, And you can't assign one task to multiple people (i.e. if I need 3 people to proofread a document I have to create a task then copy and assign it to the other 2 people)

Give it a shot - it has hiccups but it does the job and is reliable.

Asana is really good at helping you figure out the nitty-gritty of projects and making sure that everything gets done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to use for long-term program management, which is what we have switched too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using the tool to project manage monthly programming. It helped us keep our PM's on task.

This tool is definitely great when you need to manage projects that are time-based and can be broken down into incremental tasks.
Simplified task management with some room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is streamlined and modern project management with multiple options for creating projects and sharing with your team. It's an easy system to learn, but there are small things that sometimes give me friction on our team's free version (these might be resolved if we purchased the product).
What do you dislike about the product?
I often get duplicated tasks from multiple groups managing similar projects. The organization with My Tasks list gets confusing and I have to manually group tasks by team or project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating projects across departments and having clear definitions of who's responsible for tasks and what the deadline is.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks to team members and set due dates has proven to be a game changer with my teams productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price to add more members is a bit to high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping departments on schedule and making sure everyone is aware of deadlines was always an issue. Using asanas reminders has helped solve this issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I’d suggest the administers familiarize themselves with Asanas tools before pushing it on their team.
