What do you dislike about the product?
Limit of projects for team calendar. There are work around but it does become cumbersome.
pricing is climbing quickly, especially for new and multi-team users - no built-in Gantt charts - takes some time to understand who will receive notifications of various activities - would be nice to be able to enter more info about sub-tasks without having to open each pane

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sleek and user friendly interface. Mobile App and offline mode work very well. Love the continued development of new features and integrations. Looking forward to using Asana with Slack once I get the hang of it.

Hard to notify people of comments and communication within the application is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fix problems within an apartment environment; everything from drain clogs to flooding to pest problems.
Great Tool for Organizatipn and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is attractive and well laid out. It also gives you options for how you want to view your projects. It is also great for assigning tasks when collaborating on a project with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint at the moment is that the program doesn’t interface with my Apple Watch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many sticky notes on my desk and too many emails about a project between coworkers that are hard to organize effectively. With asana you can communicate about a project in the app, assign tasks, and check in on progress and all that communication is connected to the project.
Pretty project management tool for mid sized teams
What do you like best about the product?
Love the layout and the interface - very user-friendly and intuitive. Like the real-time collaboration function and mobile reminders.

Not much to dislike, it is capable of tackling the most complex of projects and looks good while doing it

If you're looking for a tool to coordinate activities of your team, Asana is a great solution - you will be able to chart your progress, set timelines, manage responsibilities, and get status updates almost immediately.

One thing I love about Asana is the ability to set projects and duplicate them for future projects.

One thing I dislike about Asana is the lack of a traditional chat feature.

A business problem I am solving with Asana is centralizing the tasks that need to be done for a project, not just for the persons completing the tasks, but for the whole team.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a web application that allows me to communicate directly and quickly with the members of the company and create work teams. The application focuses precisely on improving communication among my colleagues by facilitating the organization and planning of tasks for the progress of the project, developers and our tester team maintain a fluid and constant communication to give priority to errors that we can find in the application
What do you dislike about the product?
I could say that the appearance in general, I would like it to be more friendly and appropriate for my eyes. Something more interactive could be. But despite that, the application has made the work more organized

It makes it very easy to coordinate tasks with my teammates, the client can validate the progress of tasks and the project in general and facilitates communication with developers to correct bugs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although the application is easy to use, I recommend that you see a tutorial and use the support to be able to use this tool 100%

You may add bars to separate task categories, which is somehow effective.

Assigning tasks do not require validation, it is very bad design in this case

It's nice to be able to move tasks around easily among various projects, duplicate tasks, and assign them to others

When there are multiple layers of tasks within a project they can easily become hidden and therefore visually lost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is particularly useful for us in scoping out/timing long term projects and also communications between team (ie. engineering and sales)

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can see the tasks assigned to everyone in the office. I can see their progress as well as my own. Keeps things organized and ensures deadlines are met.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes navigating the pages can get confusing, but I am still learning!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving an organizational problem. Now we can assign projects to people and not forget about who is doing what and what projects have been completed.
