Asana for Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that I can connect tasks from different projects which reduces the redundancy of creating different projects, and helps with the communication between our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the reporting structure. I'd love to be able to pull timelines of projects and see how the tasks were completed based on the due dates that we set out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving timeline problems, making sure we don't forget any parts of a process.
Organize your activities and projects in the best possible way
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has an excellent tool with which I can follow up on my projects, I can manage my activities easily and quickly, when I can say that its interface is quite interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface lacks personalization, another thing that bothers me a little is that I tend to eliminate the cards by mistake, since the delete button is always in sight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a platform with which I have been able to develop many projects as a team, I can install additional add-ons to add specific functions which are very helpful for my work.

Before using this software it is advisable to take into account if it complies with everything you need to be able to develop your activity or project, since Asana can sometimes lack some important options.

What do you like best about the product?
asana is a great computer tool whose main function is to organize and manage all kinds of project tasks and also allows us to carry each tracking has the ability to save PDF files notes images all this in a cloud we no longer have to worry because everything will remain in storage space

It is a tool to work on project management and monitoring but I want to make an observation that is presenting asana is closed sometimes when I work and I keep And the truth is something annoying to open session at all times

since we use asana has helped us with the workflow by making all activities are organized and track each activity assign tasks to each member and flexible enough and very good
Simple Controls, Bulky for a Freelancer
What do you like best about the product?
This app has an amazingly clean design. Everything is also in one place and you can add files and forms if needed for projects. Giving people access is quick and easy as well, making it so everyone is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I am just one person, this is a little bit more than what I need and I tend to ignore most of the collaboration features unless a client is involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is making it easier for me to see my projects and where I'm at on them and brings a beautiful timeline to the table
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out this program if you feel that you need a simple project management tool with option access to people outside of your team. Asana makes everything just that simple.
Managing Task
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana gives you possibilities to create tasks and share those with others and keep track of what you and others have done
What do you dislike about the product?
I got a little confused with dates on some things and it can be hard to keep track of it that way at times when you are in a rush
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks and keeping up to date in it, we specifically used it for weekly pod meetings and showing the work you had done up to that point
Recommendations to others considering the product:
just try it out, nothing worse than not being able to schedule things correctly

What do you like best about the product?
Assign tasks to people and add followers to it who need to know the status or activity of that task. Create smaller child tasks for a parent which can be individually assigne dto actual owners of those tasks and parent may be assigned to a manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bery limited customisation in the free version. Could have allowed to create more status labels.

Asana is a great tool for team collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is its collaboration abilities for teams. I used Asana in working as a contractor for another company and it made it super easy to communicate with their team remotely. It's pretty quick and easy to learn and the interface makes sense and is well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I did not need to collaborate with others outside my own office, I don't think I would use Asana as there just aren't enough relevant features for me. I'm someone who is extremely organized on my own, and don't always enjoy having to learn new software programs unless it's very necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has really helped me communicate with other teams in a collaborative, efficient, and useful way. I've realized that if I continue to grow my own team, implementing a software tool like Asana would be highly beneficial for growth and success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Asana for medium to large-sized teams, especially for those who work remotely. It's a great and efficient way to communicate.

Good tool for managing workflows
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of Asana is the ability to save project notes in the cloud and not have to worry about storage space, it is very useful to be able to save various types of files such as text, images, PDFs, Etc. To give more shape to workflows and make them more understandable. It is very intuitive as a whole because from the beginning you can make notes and square data. I like the alternative of making mentions similar to what we find in social networks, this undoubtedly increases interactivity between those involved in each project.
The overview of Asana in its main panel is very wide and you can see all the notes you have created in the workflow, gives you a comprehensive view of all the progress you've made, although sometimes it can be confusing to handle so many elements on a single screen, is useful because you do not miss any detail and forgetfulness is rare. With respect to subtasks and other items this system is well implemented because each action will generate an alert via email and this will not make you lose any detail when you have the main panel full of complex workflows.
Notifications for any change are massive via email and this is important to keep track of any changes your team makes, it can be annoying in projects that do not have high priority but in my team we only use Asana for fast projects and high priority, so this feature of constant notifications have been very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have regarding Asana in general is the continuous logout that I experience on some occasions, the work is saved but it is annoying to have to log in at every moment. I have already reported this problem to the support team waiting for them to fix it. Other changes I would make in Asana would be to change the look of the dashboard for a more organized one where workflows can be organized by folders or at least that each column differs from the other with brighter colors than the difference from each other and thus avoid mistakes when downloading data into text fields.

In general Asana meets the expectations to position itself as one of the best workflow managers, I recommend using it in its free version because you get to do a lot, those who are going to buy paid versions should consider familiarize completely with Asana so they can get real benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can put in a ticket to my development team very quickly, easily and they can see it right away in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search feature isn't great unless you know the exact thing you are looking for. I would like it to be more filterable in this way
