The calendar view. It’s easy to see when items are due.

Too easy to create assignment - click on a day and an assignment is created

What do you like best about the product?
It works well for small teams that are new to project tracking/communications platforms. Easy for most to understand. However, there are better packages if you have complex projects with large teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't reply to the alert email - must go into the package to update, respond or message. Not intuitive in use. I don't like the charting/project progress method - as it is not based on a percentage completion but a user deciding it is "complete" or blocked. You need to be very specific with subtask titles, it is easy to get lost if multiple tasks have similar subtask names. The team got confused multiple times with the subtasks, recording changes in the Master Case/Select Vendor (task/subtask) that should have gone to Retail Box/Select Vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the transfer of a supply chain from Africa to North America.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the structure--you can build out teams and projects in whatever way you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the complexity of the dependencies and sub-tasks occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a collaboration and project tracking tool. It is a great way to lump conversations, resources, and project history in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know how your team plans to use this program and make sure everyone agrees.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can add subtasks tasks to each assignment. It really enables me to keep everything organized and keep myself on task without missing any detail. I also enjoy the fact that you can assign a priority to a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about asana is sometimes I have trouble finding a task that someone has assigned to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving with asana is keeping my day to day organized. By being able to clearly see all my tasks and their priority level helps me make the best decision I can about what needs to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
Organize tasks and assign tasks with deadlines
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs to put them in a calendar and see them in date order. It's hard to just see the most recent comments without re-reading everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facebook Ads, Social Media Management (Getting needed material from client)

What do you like best about the product?
Great for communicating to different departments bugs, requests and presenting tasks needed to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like all the notification by email send. I wish we would get monthly updates. Also, notified clearly once yours if being looked at and more direct when a case it completed. It’s hard to keep up with task you’ve created in the past and log in when it isn’t our main platform that we use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bugs get fix all the time through the in house platform we created. Wonderful place for coworkers to share their ideas to improve work flows
