What do you like best about the product?
Its so good to work with and has been very helpful. There are so many features on this and allows my team to streamline and keep track of all processes!

Wish it was more customisable based on users needs.

Asana Transformed How I Organize and Execute Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been able to make me understand that collaborative work management is not a myth. The conscious effort that the Asana team puts into educating users with the live-training resources, forums has been impressionable. Meeting other Asana users in this forums, asking questions and contributing on the platform is exciting
What do you dislike about the product?
I think after the free-trial period user should have access to features in Asana even if it will be limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the challenge of collaborative work management by platform where different teams can be managed across board. As a project manager, this has really lifted a burden as I don't have to run checks across different platforms. Also, the concept of having different portfolios that houses projects for different teams have been able to make my job easier.
The Most Comprehensive Work Management Platform I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
I have used several work management platforms and to me, Asana has been the most comprehensive and useful. I love the design as well. It didn't take long to become familiar with it and it integrates well into my email. The mobile app also works really well making it easy to accomplish task and follow up with my team on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. It's been a great help to my staff.

It makes it clear who's responsible for what and when it's due.
Asana helps me stay organized in work
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a game changer for staying organized and keeping track of tasks, especially when working with a team. I love how everything can be done in one place - in my case, It’s really helped improve communication and accountability in our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications can get a bit overwhelming, especially with larger teams or frequent updates. I just turned this off from the settings I believe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting deadlines and accountability directly within the project spaces I work in. Keeping everything visible and organized, so it’s easy to know who’s responsible for what and when things are due.

I love how intuitive it is and the features on the free plan are more than enough for me.

Sometimes, the work it takes to set something up front isn't worth it.

I do multiple things in multiple unrelated spaces so Asana helps me keep track of all the things I need to do across those spaces.
Super Helpful For Keeping Work Organized
What do you like best about the product?
We love Asana on our team and find it super helpful for keeping our work organized and planning out our plans to get things done. I use it on a daily/hourly basis to help keep track of the things I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative for our team is that more people aren't using it.

Asana solves the problem of wondering where work details are and keeps all the relevant work in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and great integrations! This is a great tool for businesses and personal use when you have a lot of things to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything about this software - but watch out you don't fall so much in love that you spend all of your time organizing your time and work, and none of it working!!

I have many different projects to track, and Asana makes it easy to keep that all in one place. In addition, our workplace uses EOS, and all of our scorecards and meeting agendas are kept in Asana, making them easy to find and update.
Great project and task management
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana's calendar and list view best. Being able to look ahead and see what tasks are coming up helps me manage my time and plan accordingly. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything. I'm very happy with Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 25 projects to manage with many mini projects with multiple tasks and deadlines within each project. Being able to put them in a list and view on the calendar has reduced multiple hours of work and a ton of stress!
Seamless Tool, Great for Professional or Even Personal Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana because it truly is a one-stop shop for many things. It has increased my productivity ten fold. I appreciate how it sends you notifications everyday to keep you abreast of any tasks that are due soon, and if you're working with a team, they send you notifications for updates made as well. I love the layout, and you can change it to how you want it in case one view isn't your style! And this is random, but I love how when you complete a task, it shows a little animation of a unicorn or narwhal, and that it sort of blurs out that task so you don't get it confused with other pending tasks. You can also filter the view for your tasks as well, from assignee, to due date, and everything in between! My team uses it everyday for many different tasks, and it has been great!
It truly is a great app and is very easy to learn to use. I recommend it to everyone, and will even start to implement it in my own business!

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have anything bad to say about Asana. I've had no issues when using it, and when colleagues have used it, they've reported that the customer service is top-notch and very helpful. So no bad reviews here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In any organization, you can imagine the amount of tasks that are assigned to you. With Asana, I see all my pending tasks in one place, as well as who assigned them to me, the due date, relevant details (and being able to attach things is AWESOME), as well as who else is collaborating with me on the task. With everything always moving so fast, it's easy to lose track of which tasks were asked of you and when they're due, so Asana makes it super easy to track everything in one place!
