Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana's UI over other project management tools and the flexibility it offers for using across processes, such as project tasks and tracking, weekly meeting agendas, tasks, and next steps, as well as big picture items. I like that it allows for collaboration and transparency among team members. The integration with Teams and Outlook is also helpful. I enjoy the animations when tasks are completed, and I like the way that different projects can be sectioned. I like that tasks have descriptions and people can add comments and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that tasks can't be assigned to more than one person - some tasks are collaboration tasks, but adding collaborators is not the same level of accountability as "assignees". I also wish there was a better way to display subtasks rather than having to click on the task and go into details. I also wish it was easy to upload xlsx files and extract data from them to Asana projects. When I have done them, the upload has not been seemless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping with making our work more collaborative and increasing transparency and accountability in tasks. I also want it to be a tool that helps manage smaller as well as larger tasks. It is lowering noise from emails and helping consolidate workflows from using multiple spreadsheets or word documents to an integrated tool, hence improving efficiency.
Great for keeping up to date with team tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The customization of columns and different layout options are really helpful. Each IC understands / organizes tasks a different way and this is great. Its quite easy to use and has a great UX, intuatively, easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that subtasks were easier to add, rather than 3 clicks (click on main task, click on open, add subtask) and that these subtasks were shown on the main task page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For all contributors to understand / execute on tasks and easily understand deadlines, time estimates and collaborators. It gives autonomy to IC and reduces management work
I just start using the service and the orientation is clear and supportive

Combine all the tools from different teams in one workspace. Good customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Asana’s interface is a delight because I can organize tasks in a systematic manner. Making to-do lists, sharing projects with my team, and setting deadlines can be done without any chaos. Calendar view and board view not only show how much progress has been made but are also enjoyable to use. The fact that Asana connects with Slack, Google Drive, and other apps makes work more efficient due to time-saving. All work being stored in Asana and easily accessible removes the stress of cluttered workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana’s free version has limited features, which means I have to pay to unlock advanced reports or timeline views. With larger projects, it can be sluggish at times. Furthermore, the mobile version isn’t as polished as the desktop, and notifications can be bothersome if not configured properly. For new users, it seems to have a steep learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
Project layout that saves so muh time on communications and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difference between project and protfolio, and the lack of seperation in the sidebar between the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications is the main problem. Also being on top of my tasks and deadlined.
Effective app for managing projetcs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way things are disposed. Everything is easy to find and use, and the minimalistic layout helps to see things clearly. I had an easy path using integrations and automations. I have to say that I enrolled on a Asana live tour with Joanna, and it was amazing; very interactive and easy to understand, which means that support is one of the priorities of Asana. I use Asana everyday, many times a day, to se what I need to do next and save my status througout the day
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't set more than one task responsible; when I try to assignee another person, the task is duplicated, and I didn't want this behavior. Another view I would like to see is a dropdown menu of Portfolios. Today we have only Projects, Teams and Starred. I can favorite my portfolios, but a dropdown menu dedicated to the portfolios would make thinks more organized for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I had that Asana solved is the quantity of users that I can have. I need to share tasks and have the interation of my clients, and Asana fits perfect for that.
Easy assignment of task with the team and tracking of task progress.
What do you like best about the product?
The feasibility of viewing the task board, add or edit details specific to the task and integrating the task board with other apps. Easy to track the progress of work and have it shared with the team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could incorporate more features like adding comment for other team member in a task board/ assignment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When integrated with some apps, it triggers the action and gets added to the specified workflow Keeps the routine well maintained with details in it on how to proceed or perform a task. Making it clear for the team member to work on and handling the task on time. It also helps in sharing the task board and reassigning when needed.
Easy to use, great for organizing projects and group work.

It is easy to switch between views and is customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can add collaborators, but I wish they had a feature for co-owners on tasks.

Early Days But Looking Good
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive to use, it can be viewed in different formats whether as boards, calendar, list, etc and it is making me more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact I cannot integrate Asana with Shopify or Quickbooks. If I could I would have real time information on how the company is performing versus its goals.

Asana is a greatflow to manage your project and streamline the work, especially when the people are working in different places, remotely. It helped us streamline our tasks and allowed us to be more effective in our management and execution.
