Back in Asana and Couldn't be Happier
What do you like best about the product?
The best things I like about Asana is having all my tasks in front of me at a glance. It has easy integration with Slack, which is helpful in reminding me what tasks are due. Customer support is fantastic! I had a call today with a rep and she is working with me to integrate all the features into my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that my users have to have email addresses at my domain. I'm an entrepreneur, and my VAs don't have my domain as their email addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to not lose track of the conversations I'm having with prospects.
Intuitive task management suite
What do you like best about the product?
Asana provides an intuitive software suite to keep track of your daily, weekly, and monthly taskings and projects. It allows for easily collaboration between team members, and is stupid simple to assign dates, notes, and collaborators to a task. I've only explored the Tasks functionality, but Asana certainly has much more to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the mobile app could use some slight work, although it is a small criticism. It simply needs a little more flexibility when adding tasks, where they fall, and which category it is added to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of tasks simply and in a place that's easy to access from anywhere.
Excellent project management for various projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a wonderful project management tool that helps invidual team members stay on track and understand their tasks while simultaneously providing a big-picture understanding of the direction of the project. It is a great collaborative system for team members at all levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are not downsides to using Asana, project documentation and reviewing/inventorying completed tasks is less intuitive. This is to be expected and does not impact day-to-day use, but can present some issues at the conclusion of a project when all components are being compiled OR if/when team members are not on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has provided immense support with project management, task distribution, and daily/weekly task assignments. It has benefitted me as a worker because my regular working tasks are incredibly clear to me, and I am also easily able to see and understand how my contributions are a part of the larger picture of long-term, multi-faceted projects.
Helpful tool to organize my team, projects, and business.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to share information internally between members of my business and provides accountability on projects. We use it to get things done for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not integrated into our technology tools that we use on a regular basis, such as Harvest, builderTrend, and Quickbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and schedule coordination between my team members.
Does the basics for work planning and coordination extremely well
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has multiple ways of displaying the same information as it regards to projects, which is extremely helpful in coordinating with multiple parties or communicating to stakeholders with no extra effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can feel inconsistent with the web app, requiring more digging than I'd like to get to the saem functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us track work across multiple departments while managing timelines and dependencies. With a team that has to work in a multidisciplinary way, a tool like Asana is essential to make sure nothing gets dropped.
Great for Communication and Task Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
I communicate with my team on joint projects. It helps us keep task completion and works in progress all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have another thing to check throught out my day.

It solves the issue of having all communication for a joint project all in one place.
Best place to organize Projects and Tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent tool for organizing projects and assigning subtasks to team members, making it easier to track progress that's dependent on collaboration. It really helps keep everyone aligned and ensures tasks are completed efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I woul love if we can intregate it to Google and make it easier to offload employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it ensures better team collaboration, keeps everyone accountable, and streamlines project management, making it easier to stay on top of everything without constantly following up.
Solid Project Management and Task Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows our team and stakeholders to remain connected to, and abreast of all the creative initiatives and programs we must manage. The UI is extremely intuitive, customizable, and makes navigation and browsing very efficient. This is the best management tool I have yet to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
More of an opportunity, or a suggestion, would be incorporating a live mark-up tool in the Asana desktop app, similar to that of Workamajig. Could be beneficial to task organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps our creative workload and the ability to deploy assets in one centrally organized location. We are clearly able to see and react to changes within the project or scope,

It was a pricey compared to it's counterparts.

It solves our prioritization problems.
One of the easiest way to organize and track.
What do you like best about the product?
I used Asana to manage hiring for a client for continuous hiring, and the experience was excellent. We integrated the application with Greenhouse data and managed our process for the entire period.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading speed and refresh rate can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with continuous hiring we wanted a space to organize the bulk data, since Asana offers templates and customization we were able to track the candidates and keep the entire team organized.
