Organized and Consistent Task Management with Asana

    Reviewed on Jun 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I definitely like the templated organization of Asana. It's great for keeping things kinda consistent throughout projects. I just really like their organization and task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should be easier to look at all of your comments across the entirety of Asana. That way nothing falls through the cracks and people responding to things. Another thing is when you create a task that goes in a template, it'd be nice if we could assign those directly to those sections rather than just appearing at the top of those sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps keep multiple projects and teams organized across different clients. I can manage all their work in one team by setting up individual projects, which is really helpful.

Powerful Project Management That Keeps Tasks Clear and Visible

    Reviewed on Jun 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a powerful project management tool that teams can use to make tasks clear and visible to all the key players involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to onboard new members who are unfamiliar with the platform. It also takes time to go back and clean up project folders when plans change or we need to pivot, so that information stays up to date for all teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled to surface information consistently across teams and team projects. However, with Asana’s multihoming tools, teams are better informed about their roles, tasks, and other responsibilities across teams.

Asana Makes Task Organization Effortless at Work and at Home

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an extremely user-friendly application that is perfect for organizing and breaking down tasks. I use Asana both in my personal and work life. At home, my partner and I easily make tasks for each other which holds us accountable and allows us space to provide all of the details without rely on info-dumping to each other and remembering. At work, I have many duties that repeat at regular intervals and involve multiple steps, so making use of the recurring and subtask features has saved me so much time, effort, and energy.

I'm aware of many integrations, though I don't personally utilize them. There have been only a few times I've ever seen Asana be "down" and most of those were datacenter-related rather than on Asana's end.

Purchasing at least the first tier is essential for access to custom fields and rules for automation. The price is well worth the amount of brainpower those will save you.

Between Asana's official help articles and community forums, I have been able to accomplish much of what I'd hoped to and more.

I haven't had the need or desire to explore the AI capabilities, but I'm aware they are there should I want to explore them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more of the community-voted ideas would be implemented timely. Many of them seem relatively simple, like formatting in task titles (bold, underline, color, etc.).

The focus on AI teammates is a bit off-putting as I find it unreliable and missing the point of collaborating with actual humans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have dozens of tasks that I'm responsible for that repeat at regular intervals. Having a hub where I can reliably see the tasks, when they're due, and my instructions is a huge time and energy saver.

What do you like best about the product?
As a UX/UI professional, what I appreciate most about Asana is how well it keeps complex projects organized. It lets me manage design tasks, track and incorporate feedback, collaborate smoothly with developers and stakeholders, and keep an eye on project timelines—all without losing sight of priorities or deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Asana is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming when managing large projects with many tasks, subtasks, and custom fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps solve project coordination and visibility challenges. As a UX/UI designer, I often work with multiple stakeholders, feedback cycles, and deadlines. Asana keeps requirements, tasks, approvals, and timelines organized
