What do you like best about the product?
I find Digibee easy to use and appreciate its quick execution, which significantly aids in deploying AI agents rapidly. Moreover, I value how it assists in selecting the appropriate LLMs, making the decision-making process much more efficient. I've also heard favorable feedback regarding Digibee's integration with SAP, suggesting its versatility and compatibility with other systems. Though I haven’t extensively used Digibee myself, I've heard positive remarks about its customer support, indicating a robust and helpful service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the cost of Digibee to be high, which is a concern. Additionally, I find it difficult to learn, primarily because there aren't a lot of guides available to help with understanding and using the platform effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Digibee to quickly deploy AI agents and appreciate its ease of use in selecting the right LLMs.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Digibee for its cost-effectiveness, especially when compared to AWS and Oracle databases. The affordability makes it the best part for me. I’m also impressed with Digibee as a new platform. The interface is enjoyable to use, which enhances my experience. Furthermore, the database interface is user-friendly, significantly impacting our team positively. It was easy for my team to understand and use the Digibee platform, and they became quite comfortable with it after just one day.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I find Digibee's platform highly effective for integration design, specifically when connecting business partners with their applications. What do you like best about the product?
I did not like using Digibee, but it allows scaling integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encountered significant difficulties using Digibee for converting information between systems. Often, it is necessary to consult specialists to perform these conversions, which makes the process slow and frustrating. Additionally, I found that the initial setup of Digibee was quite complicated, requiring specialized knowledge, which did not facilitate a quick or autonomous implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Digibee to integrate different health systems and scale quickly, creating multiple instances using Docker.

What do you like best about the product?
Digibee makes integration much easier with its intuitive, low-code interface. It’s fast to set up, flexible, and scales well as our business grows. The platform provides great visibility into data flows and processes, which helps with troubleshooting and monitoring. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, which adds a lot of value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features require a bit of a learning curve, and documentation could be more detailed in certain areas. The pricing structure might feel a bit high for smaller teams, and performance can occasionally slow down when handling very large data volumes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digibee is helping us eliminate the complexity of integrating multiple systems and applications across our organization. Before using it, we spent a lot of time on manual data transfers and custom API development. With Digibee’s low-code integration platform, we can now connect systems faster, automate processes, and reduce maintenance costs. This has improved data accuracy, accelerated project delivery, and allowed our team to focus more on innovation instead of routine integration tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Digibee covered needs of integration between ERP and Internal Applications with other External Applications in different Platforms, formats and standards as fors instance JSON, REST, SFTP, DataBase SQL, etc for B2B e B2C purposes.

Digibee Cost model by Pipeline (Flow) it is a kind of expensive for the organization which difficultate use expansion for other integration flows and also the Cost/Hour of Digibee Dev Team is high

What do you like best about the product?
Digibee's platform provides you with training on how to use it to fit your integration needs, as well as cutomer service that is easily accessible and prompt to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, there was a learning curve. But, they offer trainings and have pre-recorded trainings that I was easily able to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Digibee for our business integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Digibee's infrastructure built on utilizing containers allows me to focus on developing new integrations and not worrying about incoming data not being received. The interface is easy to use and provides all the tools I need. Being able to add custom Javascript provides the ability to introduce any custom logic that may be necessary.

Customer support is phenomenal. They are knowledgeable and are quick to help resolve any issues or questions that I have. They provide the knowledge to help me avoid issues in the future and provide solutions to the problem at hand. Such a great resource.

Digibee is also doing a terrific job integrating AI thoughtfully into the product. The ability to create documentation for a workflow with the press of a button is priceless. After using the feature many times, the accuracy has been spot on and most of the edits I have made are just to add a word here and there.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue with Digibee is using capsules. They have the potential to be very useful and powerful in building complex integrations, but I find their use limited currently. Thinking of them like functions, it is odd that you cannot use a capsule inside of another capsule.

Management of users and roles feels a little complex and unintuitive as well. It is good that they provide a set of users and groups out of the box, but when creating my own custom configurations, it has required a bit of trial and error to get them set up correctly.
