Easy to setup and effective
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to setup for users. My company has already used it to manage the non-personal work computers that the company has.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not experience any downsides using AssetSonar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to manage and locate all employee owned PCs. This is part of a push to become more cybersecure and get a higher safety certification in order to work with more clients.

Efficient and User-Friendly Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asset Sonar is easy to use and has streamlined our asset tracking. The customizable dashboard is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve at first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has centralized our inventory, making asset tracking and reservations much simpler, which boosts our efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
AssetSonar has been fun and innovative. The processes in our department have improved and made centralized by putting all of our needs in one place. I think it's exactly what we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes understanding and teaching how to input data can be very- trial and error. There are also lots of different areas to find the same information. It could be a little confusing with all of the options. There is a up side and a downside to that, I feel like you can't get lost if you end up in the same place,you can also customize your dashboard to meet your needs, but to get there you have to click lots of buttons. Once you learn the process, it's very easy though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are adding all of our inventory in one place. Making it easy for everyone to see availability and make reservations like checking out of an online store.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to quickly add stock when I order the items in. I can easily see what we have with a picture and how much of it we have in stock.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a notification set that when we get at or below a certain amount for an item, we get an email notification that we need to order more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep a better track of the products we have, and which department is taking them and who to charge it to.
A must have product
What do you like best about the product?
AssetSonar is a invaluable product for asset tracking and billing purposes. It is also invaluable as there is a return date for assets that are leaving the store room for temporary use off-site. I can track all assets and assign them to any location such as a client site, user or even the Data centre. Warranty start and end dates can also be added with an abundance of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This product serves all our needs and simplifies asset tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and the ability to easily automate our billing system.
Product is good for small inventory and simple processes, while it is becoming harder to use.

Simple deployment, responsive support...

Pricing model, complex API integration, limitation of data model.

Amazing Tool for Inventory
What do you like best about the product?
Assetsonar provides a easy to use platform to manage and track assets and items within a company of any size.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much dislikes, maybe a more appealing GUI. But it's functional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of multiple items over multiple states, keeping track of who has what.
This is an excellent combination of extensive and simple!!!

Takes a bit of time to go through the initial setup which will not be handy for basic users

ease of use, manual entering of inventory is quick and easy, like th ecloning feature

not so much a dislike but so far we havent been able to take advantage of updating inventory from our network. This is an issue currently being worked on but once this is resolved...this would be a pretty solid product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pUnable to pull inventory from network using the assetsonar agent. This would greatly increase are ability to monitor adn keep track of devices on our network
Asset Sonar Inventory Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asset Sonar has helped my company manage over 2000 Assets and provides me an easy way within minutes to provide Reports to the business. Customer Support is outstanding and prompt. We use the Application on a daily basis to track Assets and stock. It was fairly easy to implement our existing Assets into the Application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpfull for our business is the Inventory module, which doesnt apply our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We asked for a feature enhancement that the AS Dev team is implementing.
