What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoom Workplace makes remote and hybrid work feel organized by bringing meetings, chat, email, and file sharing into one place, saving time and reducing app-switching. I appreciate seamless transitions within the app, like moving from chat to meetings effortlessly, which saves me time. It also makes work feel simple and connected instead of scattered. The strong security and privacy control features are reassuring, knowing that meetings, files, and conversations are protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace has a few areas that could be improved. It sometimes feels like there are too many features at once, which makes the interface feel crowded, especially for new users who just want to use meetings and chat. Another issue is the paid features limitation. I'd suggest having modular pricing to let users add individual features, like AI summaries, without needing to upgrade to a full, expensive plan.

It’s easy to use and doesn’t get stuck. It feels safe, and the collaborative features make it even better to work with others.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for attending meetings and giving presentations. It really helped during the corona time to connect with my colleagues. I use it daily to connect and attend client meetings, and it has helped a bit to grow my network. I like the emojis and the audio quality; the audio is audible when connecting with people. I enjoy doing meetings on Zoom; it connects people properly. Zoom has been valuable for promoting my presentations. It is protective to use and though my team switched from Qlik View because it lagged a lot, Zoom provides such a good service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there are time limits on Zoom Workplace. Sometimes it won't connect properly without a password, and pressing the Zoom links can be problematic. Also, it tends to lag, especially when it's raining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for attending meetings, giving presentations, and connecting with colleagues. It helps grow my network and promote valuable presentations, with good audio and emojis enhancing communication.

One thing that could be improved about Zoom Workplace is that its notification management can be overwhelming at times, making it hard to filter alerts and focus on priority conversations. The notification system could be improved by offering more granular control and smarter prioritization. For example, allowing users to set priority levels for specific channels or contacts so only critical messages trigger alerts. Adding an AI-based 'focus mode' that filters non-urgent notifications during meetings or deep work sessions. Providing clearer, simpler controls to customize notifications by keyword, project, or time of day. Improving the notification summary view so missed messages are grouped more intelligently instead of appearing as scattered alerts.

I use Zoom Workplace for meetings, classes, seminars, and various work tasks. I like that it is very handy and easy to operate. I also find it easy to connect with many people, which makes conducting classes, seminars, and meetings simpler. The whiteboard feature is particularly useful for writing, drawing, and making it easier for people in the meeting to understand the topics we discuss or the slides we show. The initial setup was easy for me, not too hard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got connection problems sometime don't know if it's my network error or Zoom. If we could see the files or chat we shared in it even after we end the meeting might be more helpful.

Some advanced features are tied up with expensive plans which is very hard to get access of. I would love if they made the plans a bit cheaper.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom Workplace lets me turn one big class into small discussion groups in seconds, which is powerful and feels like real classroom bench groups but cleaner and faster to manage. It's great that if someone misses class or didn’t understand, they can replay the session with the chat and transcript, so learning doesn’t get lost. The setup was quick, beginner-friendly, and stress-free. It's much better than a blackboard for showing PPTs, drawings, software, PDFs, and live problem-solving, as students can see everything clearly.

Recordings take space and managing them is not very simple for teachers.

I use Zoom Workplace for education; it lets me show PPTs, drawings, software, PDFs, and solve problems live, which students see clearly. It's better than a blackboard sometimes. Splitting a class into groups is like bench groups, cleaner and faster. Replay with chat and transcript means learning isn’t lost.
