Effortless Global Collaboration and Communication with great Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoom let us connect between teammates of all the world, that has opened the chance for industries and companies to hire people without caring about their location. I use Zoom daily to keep track of the updates in the team and in my daily tasks. It is very easy to create a Zoom call, to see your scheduled calls or even to Schedule a call and I love the integration with Slack that sends you directly to the meeting but you get the notification via chat. I love the features it has, such as filters, backgrounds, and a lot of settings that help us have a better experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be delayed or opening a call can be slow, but nothing out of control, it fixes in minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of connection from one place to another, even different countries. It feels like you are face to face with someone, but through a screen, we still feel humans but working remotely :)
Effortless Meetings with Game-Changing AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to use, and especially now the AI features that allow the meeting recordings and audio transcripts. That helps me so much with my workload, because I can easily pull the meeting minutes and create reports in less than minutes. That was a game changer! We also integrate ZOOM with Slack and Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only only thing I would point out about ZOOM. For instance, if I do not save the transcript or hit ZOOM AI Companion before hanging up the call, everything is lost forever. Is there a way to fix this? Otherwise, all wonderful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me being as efficient as possible at work, especially now with all the new AI features. ZOOm helps me create meeting reports in seconds.
All-in-One Platform That Simplifies Work and Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I had been using Zoom mainly for teaching purposes and meetings. I really liked all the tools it offers to make classes interactive, and at that point, Zoom was already more than good enough for me.
However, after I started working for a new company (a contact center), I was honestly surprised by how much more Zoom Workplace offers. Everything is there: taking calls, sending messages and emails, tracking metrics, and managing daily work tasks. It’s very simple to use and feels like having a complete CRM system in one place.
What I like most is that it’s better than many other CRM systems because if you need to start a meeting, you can do it instantly within the same platform — no need to switch tools.

Sometimes accessing meetings could be a bit more straightforward. There are moments when I send an invitation and it doesn’t require a password, but other times it does. The issue is that there are two different ways of sending the meeting link, and one of them doesn’t always include the password information, which can be confusing for participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a teacher, Zoom helps me continue teaching and generate income while providing a great experience for my students. It allows me to run interactive classes smoothly and stay connected with them no matter where they are.
I also use Zoom Workplace at my job, and it definitely makes my work easier and less stressful by having everything I need in one place for communication and daily tasks.

AI Companion Makes Meetings Effortless and Collaborative!
What do you like best about the product?
The most impressive aspect of Zoom Workplace is its AI Companion. This tool streamlines meetings by automatically creating summaries, generating action items, and enhancing real-time collaboration with features like chat, whiteboards, and notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is the AI Companion's occasional overreach. It jumps in with summaries or suggestions that feel pushy during live discussions and disrupts the natural flow. Setting up advanced features like custom virtual backgrounds or multi-camera views can also be tricky on older hardware, which requires manual adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've seen productivity increase as whiteboards take the place of endless status meetings. Templates also help us brainstorm without starting from the beginning. A lower total cost of ownership means more budget for growth, not IT problems. This directly supports our goals for efficient scaling.

Whiteboard and Screen Sharing Make Online Learning a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
As an adult student studying fully online, I really enjoy using the whiteboard feature. My schedule is quite busy, but I appreciate that my kind teacher sends me the whiteboard notes after every ESL lesson. This allows me to review the material at my own pace. I also found the timer app very helpful, especially when I was running study sessions in the virtual space. Later, during my internship, I used Zoom frequently because I love sharing my screen and inviting others to pick up the pen on the Zoom screen so I can demonstrate things to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that it's so difficult to locate settings, especially those related to privacy. You have to navigate through a lot of other menus just to find what you need. When I used to tutor elderly people in digital literacy online, even helping them find basic settings was a challenge. They often couldn't remember the steps, so we would set things up for them and hope they could adjust some default settings on their own if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has been instrumental in helping me effectively deliver information and share my screen to present my ideas. It also provided me with valuable archives of the skills I learned during some of the amazing meetings I was able to attend. I believe it solved an entire year’s worth of work-from-home and study-from-home challenges for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace offers me a seamless, all-in-one collaboration experience that makes transitioning between video calls and team chat incredibly intuitive. I most appreciate the high quality and video stability, which remains consistent even when my connection is less than ideal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found out that while the platform is powerful, the recent addition of many integrated tools has made the workspace cluttered and less user-friendly. I also notice that the notification system lacks granular controls, making it hard to sync alerts across my desktop.

It helps me a lot, and it bridges the gap between remote and in-office team members by offering a unified communication hub. This has benefited me by making collaboration and troubleshooting seamless regardless of where my colleagues are located, it is also effective on removing the technical barriers to hybrid teamwork.

I really appreciate how effortless it is to collaborate with others. The AI companion is a fantastic new addition that I find myself using every day. I also value the all-in-one simplicity, which saves me from constantly switching between different tabs and programs.

My main issue is the restricted options for customizing the workspace. I wish I could personalize it to reflect my company's branding.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace a lot for meetings and team chats. I like that it's a single platform for everything, including video chat, calls, messages, and document sharing. I can easily search up my documents and also store drafts. The AI support is a great add-on; it can highlight important topics and summarize the whole meeting. The initial setup was pretty easy.
