Zoom Workplace for online meetings, but improvements are needed in the glitches.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace because it eliminates the need to switch to other apps, allowing us to complete our work. It makes meetings and conversations easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitch happens a lot, the sound doesn't come easily, and the video is not clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom Workplace solves all our online business meeting problems with just one app. We don't have to rely on anyone else, so the work gets done.

I find Zoom Workplace helpful for employees, ensuring the right place and the right network. I appreciate the good information it provides along with a reliable Internet experience. The AI features are very easy to use, making it quick to get results and receive fast information. Also, it's easy to install from the Play Store and works smoothly on any Android device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the video quality could use some improvement, maybe introducing HD video quality would enhance the experience.

I use Zoom Workplace to attend meetings, and I love that it helps me make minutes of meetings and record them easily. The recording and meeting features with chat are especially helpful. It assists in understanding discussions better, which makes it easier to recommend to others. The screensharing feature is invaluable as it helps continue meetings by discussing presentations with images effectively. I find Zoom Workplace more understandable and convenient compared to previous tools I've used, with its setup being very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it cracks the voice, and the screensharing sometimes shows images in different quality rather than the real image.

I like the screen sharing feature of Zoom Workplace which helps me share with my friends. I chose it because of the speed of this platform and found its initial setup very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Zoom Workplace for workshops and conferences and find it valuable for connecting people remotely. I like the user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate. The recording feature is also really helpful because even if I don't join a Zoom meeting, I can go back and play the recording. The initial setup was very easy, and I would highly recommend it, rating it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the chat interface. I think the chat interface should be underneath every user on the Zoom Workplace. Like, when you click your name, a chat feature should be shown.

Zoom Workplace connects people remotely for workshops and conferences. I love its user-friendly interface and the recording feature, which allows me to catch up on meetings I miss.

I like the quality of the videos and the different options you can select to better your experience. I also appreciate that it's easy to use and even beginners can navigate through it. The initial setup was so easy, making it convenient to get started.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers high-quality meetings with our clients and working professionals. It helps us communicate clearly and stay connected without any interruption.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like the way Zoom Workplace disconnects after 40 minutes on the free version. It feels very frustrating when a meeting ends suddenly like that. I also don’t like that they don’t offer common features like visitor management until we buy the enterprise-level plan.

It helps me resolve issues between our clients and the professionals during meetings. It also makes it easier to interact with them so we can close deals while I’m handling tasks or doing freelance work.

Easy Setup, Excellent Recording and Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace because of its good user interface, which allows me to see all participants on one screen and monitor them effectively. I appreciate the recording option, which is essential for creating reference materials for candidates. The screen sharing option is also a big plus, as it makes the training interactive by allowing me to share PowerPoints, videos, and documents, helping candidates better understand the concepts. I find it valuable that I can make multiple people share their screens and even assign host roles to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes during the session it's hanging or reconnecting, which makes it difficult to present information. Also, if you give screen sharing option to someone, the recording stops until you allow the candidate to start recording again. It needs improvement.

I use Zoom Workplace to schedule meetings, monitor attendees, and record training sessions. The user interface lets me see everyone on one screen, and I can keep inactive participants in a waiting room. Recording and screen sharing enhance interactivity and serve as reference materials.
