What do you like best about the product?
I always have my possible group meeting in contact groups so it is easy to call everyone at the same time without inviting each person individually hence communication system is enhanced hence more benefits to the company.
It is undoubtedly offers a reliable platform for virtual gatherings and indeed it helps me alot for my work which really help me reach those who can not be reached.
It allows me host and attend meetings in really smooth manner especially with a dynamic working arrangements that we are in during the pandemic hence communication running smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom app since the time I started working back in 2019 and it never disappoints. So if someone ask for an app that we can use when doing video meeting, I always advise to use Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure what's the least helpful using zoom as overall, it was a great experience using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that zoom is solving is it's easier to interact with different friends even if they are not around.
