What do you like best about the product?
It integrates team chat, whiteboards, notes, and scheduling tools into a single platform

Getting support from a human can be difficult

Some can't use Microsoft Teams so we use Zoom for them
I’ve used Zoom Workplace to stay connected and work smoothly with my team online.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to jump into meetings and share stuff—it keeps everything moving without a hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get a bit clunky with notifications or too many updates—it can be a bit distracting, breakout rooms can be a bit awkward or buggy sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it way easier to stay connected with my team, keep projects moving, and cut down on endless email chains.
Great remote work software.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great remote work software - it integrates seamlessly with many apps, such as Google Calendar and Slack. You can also call and chat people directly within Zoom. Zoom also has great functionality for inviting people, vetting attendees outside of your org, breakout room, in-meeting chat, and AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, since I much prefer Zoom to Microsoft Teams or other video conferencing software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our company to collaborate remotely, since we do not all work in the same physical location.

The Benefit is it saves time and reduces confusion by keeping everything in a single workspace.
The perfect solution to business that are on the go but need to stay connected
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can meet with everyone while working remotely. It's great for classroom style experiences during training sessions. It's also great when we break off into individual groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little tricky for new people to use especially if they have bad lighting and need to alter the settings to fix this.

Time savings. Sharing files and notes. All in one place. We are more accountable.

I love that my doctor uses it for appointments. The easy meeting and break out rooms make doctor appointments a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it cost less. The cost really is why many decide to you google meets.

My doctor is 3 hrs away and it makes it easier to visit without driving

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how reliable Zoom is for scheduled meetings with executives or remote teams. The breakout rooms, calendar integration, and screen sharing features make it a powerful tool for professional communication. It’s very user-friendly, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app takes longer to load or crashes when you have a weak internet connection. Also, recurring links can be messy if changes aren’t reflected instantly. Improved file sharing and whiteboard options would enhance team collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me coordinate and manage meetings across departments and external stakeholders without the chaos of back-and-forth emails or miscommunication. As an executive secretary, my role depends heavily on being able to organize high-level meetings smoothly and professionally, and Zoom allows me to do that with confidence. It makes it easier to keep everyone aligned, whether they’re across the building or across the world. Plus, the calendar sync and recurring meeting options save me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to access it and how easy it is to use. It was also really easy to implement and integrated I use it almost every week

I do not love that there is a time limit on the free version, but it is still a wonderful product

It allows me to be able to take calls at my home as opposed to always having to find a way to meet in person
