Zoom Delivers – A Must-Have for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
As someone in sales leadership, connecting with clients face to face is a big part of building trust and closing deals. Zoom has been incredibly helpful in allowing me to maintain that personal connection, even while working remotely. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, and the platform is easy for both me and my clients to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works very well on desktop, and the core features are reliable and professional. However, I’ve experienced some frustrations when using Zoom on Apple mobile devices.
Specifically, the breakout room functionality is limited, I can join breakout rooms, but hosting or managing them isn't fully supported on mobile. This lack of flexibility can be a problem during more interactive sessions when I’m not at my computer. Additionally, some settings don’t seem to work as advertised or are harder to access on mobile, which creates inconsistency in the user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Zoom is the reliability factor. It's very stable, and rarely ever experience drop outs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The docking is ok, though I'd prefer to just have it in the taskbar.

We have a very remote workforce and frequent calls outside of the organization.

Zoom has revolutionized the way we communicate and has taken over as the single productivity and communication app i need.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace helps with productivity and it saves time. It is easy to use, and is loaded with great features. The meeting summary is essential!

Currently I have not noticed any downside so far

It is very easy to use and bring a lol of good functions for businesses. I like that it has a mobile app as well.

I wish it was a little bit easier for users to be able to modify their settings.

It is the best platform for me because my almost all of the deals are done by zoom workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can easily sync it with Google Calendar, and create/schedule meetings from within Zoom.

I'm not a fan of the limited chat features within a meeting space.

It really solves the issue we were having with Slack. Poor video quality, and lack of features. Zoom has great quality, and is feature rich.

even if you are outside of the country you can still do meetings

Sometimes it is lagged not because of the internet but because of the bugs sometimes

If we have to do a coaching for plans or for the survey or error we easily do it using zoom
