What do you like best about the product?
I love the breakout rooms; the recording, transcription, and the organization
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to message privately more than one person at a time. Some of the teams features would be great to have on zoom. It is also hard to do some of the settings -- they are not intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I like how rapidly Zoom iterates, improves, and introduces new features in its products. I appreciate that the basic features are easy to use but if you dig under the hood, there are many additional options and tools to take advantage of. With our plan, we have access to both phone customer support as well as a ticket system and can choose either based on the type of question. Not a day goes by that we don't use Zoom and it continues to play a vital role in our communication, both internally and with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rate of new features and changes can interrupt my muscle memory if a button moves or a layout changes, but I generally support the continued development of the platform and software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom connects our employees across the globe more efficiently and allows improved interaction with our clients and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Recording, AI summary, most people already have it installed
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration interface is not friendly. I find it difficult to get things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom mostly externally and when we need to record a session. We use Slack huddle for most internal comms because the chat remains in slack.
For customers, we use whatever they use, google meet or microsoft teams. It is a pain to have multiple platforms.

Zoom is the best meeting platform and it isn't perfect

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great because so many people use it now, so there's not much effort in connecting with others using Zoom. I'm able to integrate Zoom with my course platform. Zoom meetings are easy to schedule, and settings can easily be changed and updated. I appreciate the Captions feature which many of my clients take advantage of. I really like being able to let my clients make recordings of meetings on their own computers. I like that I can create co-hosts, and that if I need to leave a meeting, I can assign who will be the new host. It's great to be able to choose different views, Gallery, Speaker, Hide Self, Hide Non-Video Participants. I love love love the breakout rooms! That feature is getting better all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a lot of frustration with Webinars because of the default Chat. I'd like to be able to set up Webinars so that anything written in the Chat is sent to everyone by default... but I've found no way to do that. I'm really tired of having to explain at the start of a webinar that people need to take an extra step in order to send their Chat to Everyone. I also find transcripts not easy to create. That should be able to be set up with just a click or two but instead it's a clunky process. I can no longer delete meetings from the Zoom client -- though I used to be able to. Customer support? Terrible. I can't reach anyone at Zoom with questions and complaints. This is actually my biggest compalint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a way to have one-to-one meetings with clients, to schedule and deliver classes and webinars, to put participants on breakout rooms, to record meetings and have easy access to recordings, to share my screen when teaching, to allow participants to share screens as well.

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate how easy Zoom made it to move to work from home for our company. Integrating our meetings and our phone needs together into one platform has been fantastic. Customer support has been so quick to respond to any requests for support
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom grew so fast so quickly that they did not have proper security in place as the COVID pandemic hit. Consequently the security flaws became known throughout the IT community. I believe that Zoom has worked hard to patch those flaws and works diligently to keep the platform secure going forward but the damage was done. Many of our customers IT departments block Zoom from use on their networks. This means that we have to depend on their meeting software which is most often Teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to support our customers while keeping our work team collaboratively supporting one another.

Zoom Offers Superior Professional Video Features

What do you like best about the product?
The dedication to the video professionals that use the playform. Zoom ISO is immensely powerful. The Audio quality abilites are amazing and the resolution is stable and predictable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have clients that wont use Zoom because they are tied into a Microsoft infrastucture and "Teams is the same is Zoom". This is obviously a perception problem. Of course it is not as good at Teams but perception is everyrhing.

Currently Zoom is suffering from the same problems that the Macintosh had when Windows 95 came out and the same problem that Netscape Navigator had when Internet Explorer came out.

Teams is doing the same thing to Zoom... a better product is being over shadowed by an inferior product that has better public perception or marketing.

Teams Sucks... yet they still are winning out.

BTW... my PRIMARY need for Zoom with these clients is recording remote contributors to videos. What do we fall back on... RIVERSIDE.FM.

We're still waiting on the remote recording feature you promised us 2 Zoomtopias ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Another HUGE need for me that Zoom solves for me is sharing my screen while video editing. Although the audio sharing of MY mic and MY video editor is GREATELY supported by a lot of outboard gear, i could not do the video projects I do not without Zoom... Iv'e been using it since before COVID. Its awesome for that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that our phones and meetings all live on the same platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a lot of settings are in odd locations and that makes it hard to navigate. Also, help articles are sometimes sorted poorly or don't have all that you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an integrated phone system when we have many employees working from places that aren't always the office

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent uptime and excellent quality of calls. Please don't add any features or add anything else that could interfere with the core functionality of the program on all platforms. Every time a software company forces users to re-learn how to do something is a failure, and Zoom is mostly good about keeping the main purpose of the software highly dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Support phone number and no ability to pay for expedited high-quality Support. When I submit an emergency ticket that has to be at least looked at on Friday, they email back on a Saturday to say "If you don't respond in 30 minutes we're downgrading your ticket", by which time our technician is no longer on site. We decided to give up on Zoom Support and not rely on Zoom Support for our issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Videoconferencing. Zoom is by far the most reliable platform. If the hardware is working, then Zoom is working. Every other videoconferencing platform, especially Microsoft, fails by comparison.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is still the number one solution for video conferencing, even though Teams and Google Meet are in use as well. It is the combination of unlimited options and ease of use, the user exprience and support on all platforms, and so many more featues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to also see a basic web-based version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with colleagues globally, instead of flying abroad whenever we need to meet face to face.

What do you like best about the product?
Capabilities are everything a small business needs - offering meetings with chat, recordings, etc. and great webinar functionality as well.

Customer service, lack of support for small businesses with changing needs
