What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very intuitive product for collaboration between Team Members, especially with remote work taking hold across the globe as a norm. Sheer ease of access is amazing, along with an easy to learn and use UI so that all team members are able to adapt quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio transition has at times been a bit faulty, but overall, not much to dislike as anything that breaks or flounders is addressed rapidly.

Good for Large Video Conferences
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to setup, you can easily share screen and draw on it during live sessions, and it works fine even if you have slow internet. So, it does have all features of a regular VC app, while being light and giving us extra features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything in this app. Couldn't recommend it more, even the free version gives us lots of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really great for live online classes in schools and colleges especially during and after Covid Lockdown, one of the most preferred apps during that time.
Wonderful audio/video conferencing application
What do you like best about the product?
It is fast, user friendly, easily accessible from multiple devices. It offers a reliable audio/video conferencing capabilities which allows the business meetings to be smooth and efficient. It's integration with SSO allows the users to login on business devices without the need to remember the credentials. It is a light weight application which is easy to install and use. It is a great application for your frequent day to day meetings. It has a amazing customer support who'll help us in case of any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's chat option during the meetings is kind of a less used feature. It would have been great if there was an option to grant screen control access to the participants.

Zoom Workplace allows the business users around the globe to connect virtually over the video conferencing which basically feels like we're meeting them physically in a conference room. This helps us to collaborate, solve business problems and improve the productivity.

Zoom is a very handy tool to give lectures online and to have meetings remotely. I find screen sharing, video options, providing remote access, chatting, raising hands, and interactive features during meetings to be extremely valuable. It supports hosting webinars with multiple attendees, and with good internet connectivity, I can have my camera and speaker on, collaborate on projects, and provide assistance to others.
What needs improvement?
Sometimes the free version is limited to forty-five minutes. For students, it would be beneficial to have access through the university for longer meetings. Additionally, links shared in the chat do not always work properly, which can be frustrating.

I have had experience with Zoom for several years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Zoom's performance is contingent on internet connectivity. If the internet is good, it functions well, but issues arise with poor connectivity.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I cannot definitively say whether stability issues are due to Zoom or poor internet quality, especially in larger meetings.
How are customer service and support?
I have not reached out to customer service to solve anything. When glitches occur, usually someone else is presenting, and they handle the reports.

Setting up Zoom is straightforward. You need to open an account, invite participants via email, provide a meeting ID, and share the meeting link with anyone joining.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
There is a concern about the free version's forty-five-minute limit. For education use, having more affordable access through institutions would be beneficial.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I have less experience with Teams but have used it for some meetings. It seems to lack remote access capabilities compared to Zoom.
What other advice do I have?
I recommend Zoom for its ability to host webinars and collaborative tools. The experience may differ with corporate accounts that offer unlimited access. I would rate the overall solution a 9 out of 10.

Efficiently connects remote teams through seamless meetings
What is our primary use case?
We use Zoom for video conferencing, video calls, internal, and external meetings. It is a mix of internal team meetings and external client calls.
What is most valuable?
Zoom is easy to set up meetings, and the features work well. The audio and video quality is pretty good, depending on the internet connection. The screen-sharing feature works effectively, and I like how if someone else from our organization joins, we don't need to admit them via the waiting room; they just join automatically. It makes it easier to work with people remotely or in a hybrid setup.
What needs improvement?
Sometimes when I try to share my screen in a conference room, I have to click the share button more than once. This happens around fifty percent of the time.

At some point, we used WebEx. We switched from WebEx to Zoom for better technology and a better job with video quality streaming.

What other advice do I have?
I would advise others to just go for it. I like Zoom, but I believe everything could be improved. Anything could be improved, meaning no solution is perfect. I would rate Zoom an eight.
Nice tool to have team work better

Zoom I have started using from the Covid Time and from there it was just amazing, I have attended any meetings and calls on the Zoom. It is easy to understand and quick support. There are bunch of other features that I admire
