I mainly use Zoom for client communication and team management. I do not use it on a daily basis, but rather for team meetings, which occur more than once every two weeks. I primarily use it for video calls and meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to navigate and always have the tools I need.

Sometimes the image blurs or the connection drops even though my wifi is very good.

The recording feature in Zoom is particularly helpful for cases where some team members miss a meeting. The ability to create different rooms is useful for team building and building management.
What needs improvement?
Zoom could improve its security measures. A friend faced an issue where it was easy to crack the code. Additionally, it would be beneficial if file sharing was improved.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Zoom for nearly four years.
What was my experience with deployment of the solution?
Deploying Zoom did not take a lot of time. I am not quite sure about the exact time, but it was within an hour.
How was the initial setup?
I would rate the initial setup of Zoom a nine out of ten. It was easy to integrate, although there was sometimes difficulty in sharing information or links. Otherwise, the setup was quite easy.
What other advice do I have?
I rate Zoom ten out of ten. Zoom is a very reliable solution.

What do you like best about the product?
It has got integrated AI features which can makes the user's day to day activities very efficient and supports smart work. Apart from this it offers seamless integration with other tools. It acts as a unified collaboration hub for remote, hybris as well as in-office teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lot of features overlap with already existing competitor tools. Pricing structure is a bit complex and I have faced performance lags at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to save lot of time using this as it brings lot of other tools for meetings, chat, or notes under one umbrella. The AI summarization features help in reducing any type of human error and works as a assistant while i'm busy running meetings.

I can confidently say that Zoom is one of the best platforms for virtual meetings and communications. It excels in delivering high-quality video and audio, making meetings feel almost as natural as in-person gatherings. Its user-friendly interface further enhances the experience by making it easy for users of all technical skill levels to join and participate in meetings seamlessly.

What I do not like about Zoom are some of the security and privacy issues, such as unauthorized access to meetings, potential data leakage, and the risk of malware infection. Additionally, the platform can present distractions and frustrations due to background noise, poor audio and video quality, and the possibility of incurring additional costs for premium features or larger meetings.

Zoom solves the problem of communication by allowing seamless interaction with my team, all from the comfort of my current location. This eliminates the need to travel or gather physically, saving time and resources. Zoom’s platform makes it easy to conduct meetings, share insights, and maintain collaboration without the hassle of commuting, resulting in enhanced productivity and convenience for everyone involved.

Zoom is a truly seamless, foolproof way to bring the conference room to you. Private enough to require an invite, but accessible enough to host large meetings from anywhere in the world, Zoom connected people and kept operations moving during quarantine, and is now indispensable in bridging the gap between workers with RTO orders, hybrid employees, and those who still WFH!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish in-call chat notifications were more pronounced when in full screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A conference call with 50 attendees could have all 50 attendees in different places around the world, and Zoom's suite of features keeps that from seeming as hectic as it could.

It's easy & reliable tool for meetings & also provides multiple features like screen sharing, chat option & many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just sometimes feel little cluttered with many features popping up while sharing screen like the bar at top don't get hide for 10-15 seconds even if we hover over it.

Best tool to collaborate with clients and coworkers without needing to be physically present in the same place. Also its AI Summary feature helps to quickly go through the meeting summary without missing any valid points.

Zoom is very smooth whether in one-on-one meetings or group calls with more than one hundred people. The application consistently functions without glitches. Compared to Microsoft Teams, Zoom provides smoother operation. The audio on Teams sometimes fails, requiring reconnections. Zoom offers breakout rooms which are a beneficial feature. AI plugins for meeting minutes and summarization are valuable additions to Zoom's features.
What needs improvement?
Some features like the summarization feature and minutes of the meeting are not available by default and might require an extra cost. A timer feature could also be beneficial, allowing users to keep track of meeting durations.
