Without a paid plan, the 40-minute limit on group meetings is bit restrictive for longer discussions.

Its bridging the communication gap by providing a reliable platform for video meetings, instant messaging, and file sharing, ensuring my team stays connected despite being remotely working.

everything is the best except customer care services. sometimes we are getting some misinformation to fix login-related and some unexpected issues.

zoom is easy to use and no need to prior knowledge to get into. it is beginner friendly so whenever I am trying to connect with non- technical client to fix the system issue I can easily control from zoom function.

Easy to create and share the meeting links and if we have any issues we can share the screen and get it fixed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly fast, with no lag in audio, video, or screen sharing. Even with a larger group of members, it remains smooth and efficient, performing significantly better than Google Meet in terms of minimizing lag. A seamless experience all around!

i dont like that if anyone doesnt have an account it gets tricky it lags and gets difficult to join from browser in an emergency
