Excellent Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers seamless video conferencing, intuitive screen sharing, and reliable performance. The integration with other tools makes daily workflows incredibly efficient. It's truly a game-changer for team collaboration and remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While generally excellent, there's very little to dislike. Perhaps minor improvements could be made to notification customization, but it's a very small point given the overall robust functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buddy, in a nutshell, Zoom Workplace solves the communication and collaboration problems of dispersed teams. Previously fragmented and inefficient processes (video, file sharing, calendar) are unified on a single platform, simplifying the workflow. As a result, my productivity increases, team bonds strengthen, and my work-life balance improves with flexible working options. Essentially, it facilitates communication and collaboration, creating a more efficient and enjoyable work environment.

all its diverse facilities it offers, one of them is the remote control, this functionality is very useful when you are explaining to someone how to carry out a process

suddenly it can become slow if you don't have the necessary resources, it feels like the computers suddenly struggle to open it

Connectivity with the rest of the collaborators who are working from home helps me stay in line with them.

best thing about zoom one stop for call, messages, connections, building relations and business growth.

reading Voice mail transcripts doesn't remove it and you actually need to listen in order to remove.

Zoom Workplace has made it super easy to connect with both clients and candidates.
The calls are smooth with no lag which really helps during important conversations like interviews or meetings. It’s also really user-friendly, so hopping on a call or sharing a screen is quick and hasslefree. Overall it just makes communication a lot more efficient and stress-free

Very Useful tool covering almost aspects
What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient to use. It's really easy to navigate the Tab on Zoom Application without too much searching. It also offers wide range of features in just couple of clicks and also you can easily implement again and again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes connectivity is not that smooth to work on. I felt sometimes over the calls. Customer support is bit slow as well on figuring out or fixing the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue zoom is solving that you not don't need a lot of application for separate works like Calls with manager, Texting candidates. It's easy now to have almost features at one place.

It’s highly reliable. There was never connection issue, and sound and video quality is always great. In comparison other similar products often have issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes it crashes Windows, which is a really serious problem.
2. There’s an increasing amount of changes over time going into the UI controls. It is slightly annoying because once one gets used to a certain way, it becomes habitual and any slight change can become a big hurdle during work.

We fully work remotely. Communicating with coworkers relies on zoom.
A very efficient software for remote working
What do you like best about the product?
I started using it during the COVID-19 pandemic, but I continue to use it in different companies to work remotely and connect with coworkers during working hours.
I think the main reason for its widespread adoption and use by many companies is that it is easy to use and integrate, like with Google Workspace and Slack, allowing us to use it in every job.

I think it works fine, so nothing is wrong. Some issues at the beginning with the connections, but today it's maybe the most efficient app to make a video call with many people.

We can connect as a team from different parts of the world.
Zoom is the best
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to interact with it, I love being able to have my meetings on Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
That in the free version it does not allow more than 45 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to interact with the entire work team in one place and to share the screen easily and simply.
using zoom for 4 years now and have not come across any better application than this.

Integration with other softwares. Zoom has also introduced AI agent to note minutes of meeting and action items which can be reviewed easily post call making it a convenient place to host calls.

There's nothing to dislike as such but data privacy could be improved to secure users data.

We now dont have to write mom manually. Recordings are in a better quality than before.

What do you like best about the product?
When the days of working from home were the norm, Zoom workplace has kept our group connected with the easy to use platform.

I dont personally have any downsides with my experience using zoom workplace

When a phone call doesnt accurately share your ideas or points with a group, being able to create a quick and easy to access work space where our team and visitors can collaborate is efficient.
