Zoom In to Using Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides to Zoom are how easy it is to use, it's easy to implement, and offers many different features. What I like about the features that Zoom offers are the ability to blur your background, so that it's not too distracting or you have the ability to choose pre-selected backgrounds they have or you can even upload your own background to use. Easy to mute/turn off camera if you need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides to Zoom Workplace really. Just an overall easy platform to use for meetings and anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Zoom Workplace is solving is that it allows everyone to get together to talk from wherever they may be at if they all aren't able to be in the same room together. Benefit is that it allows for this connectivity from wherever.

I cannot edit my webinars from phone, it happened once, that I had quickly to change my settings, but couldn't make it with phone

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about zoom workspace is that it offers calnder features and notification that help you to don't miss the meeting.

There is nothing to dislike as if now about the zoom workspace as per my opinion.

The zoom workspace is solving the problem like organizing all at one place. Anc it help me a lot as I have to do other adhoc task as well.

Not much but I I would refine the search for user search options (in account) on the management portal.

Zoom solves problems by its easy to use and adaptability. The introduction of AI is huge. Its like having a person genrating the meeting minutes for you.

there are no problems they can solve, they said there is no option/alternative to meet my needs.

zoom Workplace is good platform for solving virtual meeting and Business issues and also video conferencing and chat options and to make the class in a good Environment in Zoom . For me , I'm using zoom for video conference and also meeting and online classes through zoom.
