What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the ability to record meetings in super high quality, the ability to have subtitles (90% of the time accurate), the ability to host meetings with more than 30 people, the different chat-related features (reply to everyone, have a private chat, etc...)
What do you dislike about the product?
The heaviness of the software to download: the file is heavy, I would have preferred to be able to directly use Zoom online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work across about ten time zones in my company, thanks to Zoom, it's as if we were all in the same office. We add subtitles and understand everyone. It's great.

It is very helpful to create groups and meeting more people without disturbance during meeting and ease of installation and use

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is really convenient when you are having online video calls or conferences. Interface is easy to understand, for quick chats no need to signup for business user. All the main features can be used in a free user choice.

For the free user, the time limit sometimes quite distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you have online business meeting then Zoom is number one for having online video calls. Especially sharing screen with the clients.
Meetings improved with AI
What do you like best about the product?
The inclusion of the AI Champion feature is a plus and easy to use. It provides my colleagues and I with a detail summary of discussions held that we often use as reference material and this allows for action items to be managed seamlessly. Our meetings are also planned and coordinated with less effort using the schedular. We now include conference rooms for our team building exercises for more interactions and to include remote staff.

All the different features can be a bit overwhelming.

It helps to manage meeting more seamlessly and allows for teambuilding exercisers to be done remotely. This helps my organization save time and money.
Great communication tool for global use

Zoom has the ability to connect large groups globally, so makes for very effective tool.

Some team members have connection issues while using Zoom, in specific with the sharing functionality. I have not had that problem.

It benefits me because I am able to meet with collegues globally for work needs.

It is the best platform for discussing various possibilities for a good project. Smooth customer support is very helpful. I use this every day; screen sharing and discussions are very helpful for project implementation and are easy to use.

Effective communication and file sharing have become seamless
What is our primary use case?
I belong to the technical side of Oracle technologies, where I use different technologies that are continuously upgrading. The generative AI is also emerging, and I am currently reading about generative AI in Oracle. Regarding BI, I can tell you about the BI publisher which I have used in many different projects for data visualization.
BI publisher is a very strong Oracle tool through which we visualize data from different platforms such as Microsoft and Oracle EBS, ERP of Oracle.
Most of the time, we use Zoom and Microsoft Teams for communication.
I have used Zoom many times for communication with colleagues and to send and receive different files. It is very secure for data transferring in our offices for clients, and it is used for interviews, different meetings, and conferences.
I use Zoom for file transferring, interviews, conferences, online sessions, and training purposes.
I have used breakout rooms once during a training session in my previous office where thousands of people were in the Zoom meeting.
What is most valuable?
The breakout feature is one of the reasons I prefer Zoom.
Most of the time we use the recording feature. Whenever we conduct online classes, sessions, or important meetings, we use the recording button to record everything. After recording, we edit the content and share it with office colleagues or new clients.

For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Zoom for almost 3 years along with Microsoft Teams.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I have tried other solutions but haven't found any as good as Zoom. Zoom is the priority because other applications for communication and meetings have tricky and not user-friendly interfaces. When it comes to meetings, sharing data, and conferences, we choose Zoom directly.
What other advice do I have?
I can confirm I'm being contacted from PeerSpot, which is the leading review website for enterprise tech solutions. Some time ago I shared feedback on Oracle Analytics Cloud solutions.
I use this solution for file transferring, interviews, conferences, online sessions, and training purposes.
The price is reasonable. On a scale of 1-10, I rate Zoom a 9.

Easy to use, nice that random I can get free 40 minutes, cool with background and emojis

It's difficult to answer, but sometimes I have problem with switching from headphones to speaker

Well, the most monotonous work is to make MOM after any meetings and this application is solving that problem by creating Meeting summaries, chat writing, etc. Also, it allows you to make a scheduler.
