What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace every day to connect with my colleagues based in different parts of the world. It makes meeting easy as we can share multiple screens at the same time to compare different working files together, or go into the focus room and have smaller group discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I want go to the cloud recording link as a guest to see the playback, I am given the option to download the meeting but by clicking download it will automatically download all 6 versions of the same meeting - will be good to have an option to pick and choose which one to download so I don't need to delete after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows we meet our colleagues worldwide easily, so we don't need to book meeting room or fly to the location to see each other and discuss topics of interest.
Very satisfied with zoom. The quality of zoom meeting is better than its competitors in the market.

Emojis, Recording feature, Use of white board. Excellent customer support. Very easy to use and integrate into difficult cultres.
What do you dislike about the product?
If host close the meeting the other participants have to find their own meeting room.

What I like best about Zoom is the Clarity, preferences, and ease of use.

The free 40 minutes is what I most dislike. I think 1 - 1.5 hours is best.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up and join meetings. The screen sharing and recording options are very helpful, especially during presentations and online training sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio quality drops when the internet connection is weak. Also, the 40-minute limit for group meetings on the free plan can be inconvenient.

Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of distance communication. It makes it easy to hold meetings with team members, clients, or partners from different locations. It also helps reduce travel time and costs.

What do you like best about the product?
From my experience over the last 4 years, Zoom’s recording feature has been incredibly useful for me—it’s the feature I like best!
What do you dislike about the product?
My system is getting slow because of Zoom’s high CPU/RAM consumption—especially during long meetings or screen sharing. It noticeably slows down older devices or machines with limited resources

Having separate apps for meetings, chat, email, and files makes my life easier and speeds up my workflow!
