Zoom while essential could use some user input

What do you like best about the product?
There is a low barrier to entry, it works for multiple stakeholders and different meeting types, overall is easy to use and has a lot of functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost no customer support for the setup/implementation of Zoom or new add ons, very little support when there are issues, and I have frequently experienced some glitchiness. Overall easy to use but some functionality is overly complicated or hidden
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to meet with multiple stakeholders virtually, be higher touch than phone calls and to present and share information remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI feature. It was always so irritating taking notes, but now with Zoom's AI feature - we zoom more and have AI do the work for our "meeting minutes." You can also with permissions, record phone calls, and is helpful for AI to listen in and take meetings while on the road.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes it makes your mandatory upgrade. Usually, it works fine, and then right before you are about to hop on a call/zoom it upgrades and it may take a few seconds. Irritating if it happens when you are running late to a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the screenshare with clients and employees on how to work through problems. It is also solving our phone issues. Zoom made it easy to transfer our services and now we only use zoom for our calling inbound and outbound across ALL OFFICES WORLDWIDE. Most companies are only local to the region but Zoom is global which makes it a no brainer.

The admin pages are a bit clunky and could be simplified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect virtually without having to be in office. Easier to see screen sharing without having to print docs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the opportunity to add translation to have a better communication. I like the settings for backgrounds as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There nothign I could consider non helpfull.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use on my desk phone, cell phone or computer/laptop. It was easy to setup and implement into our organization. We use it daily. We like the fact it is intergrated with our meeting portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated attendent for support. I would be helpful is there was a way to go directly to a live person or request a call back for support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The provides of with the ability to offer our clients remote meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has found Zoom to be the best solution for many of our communication needs - particularly as a fully remote organization and serving a membership base throughout the US and world. We've used Zoom for both internal meetings, as well as external client meetings for years. We discovered over the past few years that Zoom allows us to interact with our members directly much more often than we would before the pandemic. We now use Zoom for virtual camp, activity groups, and support groups! As we transitioned our organization to be fully remote, we added Zoom Phone to allow our members to continue to contact us directly. The addition of chat for our team, instant video meetings, and allowing us to give our direct "cell" numbers to members - allowing them to call us or text us on our cell phones (without giving out our personal cell numbers) has been a HUGE win!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve that we would see pre-pandemic has seems to be almost eliminated - so that is much less of a barrier. Recently, a number of our staff members have experinced Zoom being very glitchy. For example, the default speaker will change mid meeting, Zoom will close/crash and all the meeting setting will reset to default, they can't connect to audio, or log into their account at all. These issues have increased in frequency exponentially over the past few weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization serves members throughout the country, and our staff is fully remote, with no home office. Zoom allows our team to work collaboratively. It also allows us to maintain the "main office" number we've had for 30 years, even though the physical office no longer exists. This allows our members to still reach us (with the benefit of phone trees we never had prior!) in the "office" and on our "cell phones", while maintaining personal privacy for our staff. It allows our team to work interactively from all parts of the US, through group Zooms, instant video meetings, screen sharing, collaborative whiteboards, and instant messaging. Finally, it has allowed us to create virtual programming for our members - from a virtual educational sessions, to virtual workshops & social groups for adults with disabilities, to support groups.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom can be used as a soft phone, it has many other beneficial features; the biggest for us being that zoom WORKS. It actually WORKS, all the time! Very little bugs or software issues, ever. The analytics are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I am being honest, not much. The portal (on the Admin side) can be a little tricky and redundant, however once you get the hang of it, it is relatively simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Verizon for our office phones and it was extremely difficult to capture all calls. Calls would not go through, get dropped, have teriible quality, you name it; a clear and concise call would come through maybe once a day. Zoom has eliminated that problem. Not only do we receive ALL calls now, but we can record and track all analytics in reference to those calls. Zoom has literally changed the way we do business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the eas of use and implementation. I also like the different features they offer such as webinars, break out rooms, whiteboard and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce could be a more seamless process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to meet and share virtually since our team is remote. Zoom phone also allows us to have another mean of communcation with stakeholders without sharing our personal phone number.
