Zoom workspace is the easy to use and user friendly

The recording part and the screen pause.

So many options, it takes time to understand zoom for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best for teaching and conducting meeting. The user interface is great and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
More people are able to use Zoom compared to the competition. Easy meeting setups and logins. Feature-rich program allows more flexibility. Users find it better for adding documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity to other MS products the way Teams works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting remote employees as well as third-party participants.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it enables me to connect with adults with disabilities from around the globe, breaking down physical and geographic barriers so we can focus on building trust, support, and community—no matter where they are. Features like breakout rooms, live captions, and screen sharing make sessions more accessible and interactive, helping me tailor support to each individual's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that technical issues, like poor internet connections or software glitches, can interrupt sessions and make it harder to maintain a consistent, supportive environment for the people I work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of accessibility and isolation for many of the disabled adults I work with. By providing a reliable, user-friendly platform for virtual sessions, it removes the need for travel, which can be a major barrier. It also enables real-time communication, screen sharing for visual aids, and closed captions for those with hearing challenges. This helps me offer consistent, personalized care while reaching more people who might otherwise go without support.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, intuitive, great sound and video quality
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could generate registration links for meetings/webinars directly from the desktop app instead of having to sign in onto the platform on chrome or safari
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom bridges the gap in communication within the workplace and also connecting outside companies. Zoom's ease of use help me complete my work in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use app, all tools are easy to locate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features has to be first configured in the website to have them available during the meeting (like the "co-host" feature).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to do meetings and get together with the group of work, when there are conflicts in the streets like floods, or some riots that occurs occasionally.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom turned out to be the right conferencing software at the right time. I found it to be intuitive to use and easy to work into the fabric of doing business, especially for those of us taking health precautions or remote working.
What do you dislike about the product?
As time has gone by, because of the Covid Virus experience, people have developed their preferences for other video conferencing software. So, now there are meeting requests for other brands of software. Yo have to begin re-learning how to operate the many other brands of software to have an effective meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An ability to become the leading software in its field. Its name has become synonymous like Zerox was to office copiers. Ease of use to stay in touch, communicate in a new fashion. Ability to bring colleagues together who maybe geographically separated to exchange ideas or brainstorm.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it's easy to use/user friendly. Setting up meetings is very simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are sharing your screen, there isn't a way to keep the chat on-screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us to have virtual meetings when our clients are not local, which is often as we are involved with a lot of seasonal clientele.

Easily the Best!

What do you like best about the product?
Like many, I started using Zoom at the height of the pandemic. I found that the app improved as I, along with many others (classmates, professors, coworkers, and so on), continued using it. Zoom has everything a video-conferencing app *should* have: microphone/camera inputs, ability to screenshare, and large group conferencing. Within a month of regular usage, I became a pro. I'm using Zoom on a regular basis in my professional career. Every time we create a new or recurring meeting, I propose Zoom as "the most intuitive remote-video option."
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it isn't easy to tell whether someone is muted or not. While it has made for amusing pandemic-era blunders, I would love to see a clearer "UNMUTED/MUTED" indicator in the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with the world, Zoom gave us a place to convene when we were unable to do so. If it weren't for Zoom, I wouldn't have completed my college education during the height of the pandemic. In my professional career, Zoom allows my local community to convene from anywhere. It's easy for us to hold web trainings, committee meetings, town halls, and important community events when many residents are on the go.
