Best tool for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which it made the whole remote working so easy, you can seamlessly chat with your peers use whiteboards which is really helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, tool effectively serves it's purpose
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of effective collaboration during remote working is really helpful. The video quality is also awesome with no lag

What do you like best about the product?
As a professional learning specialist, the ability to do breakout rooms is hands-down the most valuable tool. It allows me to recreate the feel of in-person small gorup discussions, which is essential for facilitating interactive and tailored learning environments. I also use screensharing with annotation tools and meeting recordings to support follow-up coaching and asychronous learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some potential zoom features that I would like to see in the future include a chat function that allows us to search for keywords, which could be helpful as messages could get hard to manage during long sessions. I would also like to be able to have more templates or customizable waiting room messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I especially like how everything from the chats to meetings to phone calls can be managed all in one place. Any video conferencing format can be done in a singl ecosystem.
Don't connect share and do the knowledge transfer then zoom it
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using zoom from a long time we are always connected issue and the there is very easy to connect all over the computer and the mobile phone we have option of creating Avatar so we know people are there and listening but at the same time you not there I will see as most of the people are working from home this was a game changing all the learning all the client interviews and the connecting with different domains of people with the different domain email ids will never easier but zoom makes vit ery easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime you I is getting off as FIFA connecting with mass it does not able to show every participate that can be a network glitch even though the network is correct

I wont say it is dislike if they enable file sharing it would be great

Unlike earlier Messaging tool was buggy & frequently crashes but this app is stable our functioning has been improved

The Transcript and STOP feature is perfect for me
Transcripts: It helps me in reminding the conversation done in history .
STOP: helps us to put DND on the receivers which do not want to see our messages

Webinars and job interviews are a breeze with Zoom for businesses of any size. The experience we've had has been good, ranging from private meetings to public webinars and demos, with excellent assistant satisfaction and almost no interrupts
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly it's best for mobile users that attend Zoom meetings to download the app, and that's still refraining some people from doing so. Its interface can be awkwardly strange and changing, but it's good enough

Quick setup of reoccurring meetings easy to schedule and reliable, easy to intergrate with google cal

Sometimes one can experience certain glitches or errors but is not often

Great place to be - Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has definitely been the easiest and fastest way of communication with team members, managers. Great application to be connected. Very easy to use and user friendly. Never had any issues during team meetings. It is very easy to use and very reliable. Since we all work from home in our organization, Zoom Workplace has actually been the hero of we all getting connected and communicate with each other with such an ease. Thank you Zoom Workplace for everythng!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Zoom Workplace from quite sometime now but never found any issues or there is nothing that is to be disliked. It's all perfect all the time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since all the team members work from home. It is very important to get connected at least once or twice a day to discuss important updates, or any challenges that the teams are facing. So Zoom Workplace has played a key role in helping us get connected when ever and where ever we are, be it from our system or from our phone. Instant communication with the team members through Zoom Workplace helps us to achieve our targets more easily and in a better way. Thank you!
Great app for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it integrates with Outlook to make scheduling. The User interface is easy to use, easy to change settings on the fly and add and invite users. In my opinion, it is better than other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are constantly updating the application and moving core functionality buttons. So it is frustrating after an update and you are presenting and cannot locate something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me and our clients to connect and give that virtual conference room to discuss projects and points of communication.
