Zoom: Best software for video conference.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the Zoom's clean and easy to use UI.
I have also liked the feature to integrate the Google Calender which helps to keep track of meetings.
I use the software atleast twice a week for work.
The customer support email address is available and is replies quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Screenshare option as it is not smooth because so which many times presentation looks clunky and laggy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect to large number of people via video conferencing (face to face). The feature of whiteboard helps me to convey my ideas easily. I use Zoom often for online Presentation via Screenshare option.
Fast, excellent video quality and user friendly.

You can connect as a pair or as a large team, I like the fact that it has a passcode that only people invited to the meeting/call have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not easy to login by clicking on the link due to being redirected to the app which can sometimes be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a large team, we can get messages and important updates and announcements to everyone in the team quicker by scheduling zoom calls. We can also have catch ups, as we are also a remote company, it is nice to see everyone even if it's virtual.

The fact that I can easily track meeting times without extra stress gives me a lot of joy.

We use a paid version to extend the free version. We do this so we can ask group questions during sessions. Great tool for online training.

I think it's one of the few online communications that charge. I could be wrong, and even with the cost it's still worth it, i think.

Often with online meetings, people step away. With Zoom there's random prompts to questions that has helped people be more "present".

I frequently use Zoom Workplace for remote meetings, and what stands out to me is how smooth the video conferencing experience is. The interface is straightforward, so I don’t have to waste time figuring things out. The screen sharing feature has been a lifesaver when presenting ideas to my team, and I’ve also found the breakout rooms incredibly useful for brainstorming sessions. These features make collaboration feel more dynamic and engaging.

One issue I’ve encountered is that the audio can occasionally drop during longer meetings, especially when the internet connection isn’t stable. Another downside is the limitations of the free version—it doesn’t always meet the needs of larger teams or more complex projects.

Zoom has significantly improved how my team communicates remotely. It has allowed us to stay connected effortlessly, whether working from different cities or even countries. The platform ensures that we can collaborate effectively, share updates in real-time, and maintain productivity without the need to be in the same physical location. This has been especially beneficial for meeting tight deadlines and maintaining team cohesion.

Zoom workplace is very reliable and consistent. I conduct meetings with small business owners, many who are not computer savvy. Zoom is easy to download and very user friendly.
