What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Meeting because of the great user experience. It is easy to use, intuitive ,integrates with everything i need, good support teams, plus the breakout rooms capablity is awesome. It is pretty easy to use and nice support features. And easy to implementation .
What do you dislike about the product?
This software does glitch somethimes which sucks in the middle od a lecture when you miss information. The quality of video somtimes it gets really bad.

Meeting virtually with clients all over the world.

What do you dislike about the product?
Security issues and technical issues are the main reasons overall everything is good

It saves my time and my money at the same time as I don't have to travel much and I can also conduct large scale meetings very nicely
Zoom, a versatile tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has an intuitive interface, which does not limit the users' level of knowledge to start using it. In a work team that is not familiar with the use of video calls, Zoom allows for easy implementation. It is available for phones, tablets, computers with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems. I can schedule meetings in advance and send invitations to participants via company or external emails. As a host, I have control over who can share their screen. In case I want to have a conversation with a single participant, I can keep the others in the room. It allows me to share the full screen or just a specific application, which facilitates the presentation of ideas, data, or documents. With the help of the chat, additional communication is allowed during meetings. It allows me to record meetings to review them later or share them with participants who could not attend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version of Zoom has some restrictions, such as a maximum meeting duration of 40 minutes, the number of participants, and the lack of some advanced features. This can be limiting when you have large teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to schedule Zoom meetings without any time restraints. I am able to remove the passcode to access the Zoom meetings. This allows non tech savvy participants to click on the Zoom link, and wait for the host to accept them into the Zoom meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have the option to scheduled send the Zoom link for a later time. If Zoom incoporated schedule send, that allows employees to have more flexibility to complete tasks ahead of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows employees to meet with their clients and the client's team remotely via Zoom for client meetings. This offers the client's team additional availability for them to participate in the client's annual review meetings.
Reliable, User Friendly with Automated Features
What do you like best about the product?
Easier now to choose the audio output and input. A lot more and better options to choose from for the background of your video. Video and audio are a lot clearer with very minimal drop-outs.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I've got used to it's features relevant to me.

You can integrate multiple platforms into this platform, such as, emial, calendar, chat, phone, etc. making it easy to use without needing to jump into other applications.
Zoom is a very user-friendly interface type of video conference application.
What do you like best about the product?
This is very easy to use. First time users won't get lost in navigating the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it's for free, it only limits the time to 45 minutes and it automatically closes. I suggest to at least have a minute timer so that you could prepare the participants in the meeting to end their conversation.

Network across countries. Easy to converse with people from other countries virtually.
