Issue with HIPPA compliant zoom

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to interact virtually with colleagues and participants in our reserach center
What do you dislike about the product?
when there are issues it is very difficult to connect with the people that can solve the problem. The amount of time I have to spend to fix an issue is extremely troubling

Allows us to easily interact with study participants regardless of their location

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easier to use versus some other video platforms. We appreciate being able to share screens, remit control to drive the other person's computer and being able to record audio or video in a high quality way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Zoom are it uses a lot of computer memory and the interface and settings keep changing. Keep it easy to use and set up, please. The cost for Zoom webinars on top of meetings is a negative, and many people are starting to use Microsoft Teams or Google due to the increasing and additional costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travelling for meetings and working remotely on projects

What do you like best about the product?
The AI activity helpers turn our support into a finely-tuned machine. We were struggling a lot before this, but now, everything is running smoothly. Even our communication with Sales has improved as Supportbench fully integrates with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have staff from different parts of the world and there weren’t a lot of access to multi language systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’d say we’ve had improved customer understanding that has directly impacted our customer experience. The implementation of AI in Supportbench has transformed how we manage customer interactions

What do you like best about the product?
Once you get into a Zoom Meeting it is effective and efficient to use as a classroom environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Challenging to know what features are and are not enabled for hosts and participants. Canvas LTI functionality is always 6 months to 3 years behind the webapp.
Challenging to switch between different Zoom accounts.
Seems to have spent more time developing virtual backgrounds and stickers and less on functions that would actually improve consistency and usable classroom functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping bring access to education to people who wouldn't otherwise get to pursue a degree or certificat of higher learning.

I do wish the zoom phone feature was a bit cleaner with it's integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use and easy to schedule given the integration to schedule once
What do you dislike about the product?
tons of software updates that my clients have to download and that tends to make them late to the meeting which is frustrating for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to show my screen and move easily between screens and it's seemless to do that on zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and the mobility of it. I can use the desktop phone app or the mobile app on my cell to make and receive call as long as I have internet. I like that i can send messages to other staff as long as they are logged into ZOOM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I can see the entire phone numbr on the mobile app instead of pressing the number on the history log and making the call immidiately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work from home during COVID and not loosing contact with our clients

What do you like best about the product?
Solid, reliable conferencing. As a remote company we rely on Zoom for all our meetings, standups, and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing increases are significant, if you need things like Webinar or expanded meeting capacity things get expensive quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With employees all around the globe we need meeting tools that are reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the different ways to use Zoom, like the added features that take our meetings to the next level. Things like screenshare, spotlight, being able to add apps from the marketplace that help with data gathering, efficiency etc, we're able to maximize every meeting to get the mots out of it . We use zoom almost daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some settings can have limitations. Some of the apps in the markeplace can be glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us with connectivity, not just as a team, but also connecting with our clients. This is benefiting our company by creating a strong way of developing professional and personal relationships. It's so much better than just a phone call/ We can collabrate, showcase, share...it's an amazing tool.
