Zoom Workplace Business offers unlimited time with the business plan, which allows us to keep our Zoom room open all day. We can also accommodate more than 100 people as needed. I use these features, such as the unlimited room and large group capacity, every single day.
The video quality is good, and I particularly appreciate the audio filtering. It removes all my background noise far better than any other platform I have used so far.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best virtual meeting and collaboration solution. I like clear audio and video quality which zoom meetings absolutely offers. The interface is simple and user friendly. I love the screen sharing, breakout rooms and recording feature.

One drawback is sometimes there is connectivity issue. Free version has limited features of course

Zoom Workplace is Desktop Friendly and Always There When I Need It.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface and it's always there when I need to use it. I like the background choices and how you can choose to blur out your background.

I don't like Zoom because not that many companies or people that I know use it for meetings but I still keep it just in case.

It's allowing me to attend meetings and meet new people remotely. It makes collaborating with partners easy.
Excellent Screen Sharing and Collaborative Whiteboard Features
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most are the screen sharing feature and the generous free plan. The collaborative whiteboard is also quite useful, especially when working on group projects. I find it straightforward to use both on my laptop and through the app, with no noticeable difference in ease of use. I rely on it at least once a week. I have never needed to contact customer support, as I have not encountered any issues. Setting it up is very simple, and I have connected my Google account so meetings are automatically saved to my Google Calendar. In my experience, it works better for me than Microsoft Teams.

Previously, I struggled to locate my recorded meetings, but after the platform was updated, I haven't experienced any problems since.

Zoom allows me to record meetings or interviews so that I can go back and gather infromation. The whiteboard is super helpful especially because you can collaborate on the whiteboard. It is how I attend classes as well while getting my graduate degree.
