What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Zoom are it's multiple features. Though is came out as an app for calls and video conferencing but the enhances features like task and project management , file sharing , third party integrations have made it one stop shop to use in everyday coporate life.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires full subscription to use it's all features which becomes difficult in case of some organizations. Also , Zoom workspace may require a bit time to get used to due to some new users. Hence , it might not be easy to use for some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams were using multiple tools for communication, such as email for formal messages, Slack or Microsoft Teams for chat, and Zoom for video calls. This fragmentation lead to missed messages, context switching, and difficulty tracking conversations across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is too interactive Platform and easy to use , even new beginner can use it easily. This platform provides many features like screen sharing, whiteboard , Background changer and many more. One can give presentations easily by screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many apps are not not visible during screen sharing which is disadvantage. Sometimes, the app starts lagging too much and everyone have to rejoin which becomes difficult for larger organization and it results in wastage of time.

Through zoom one can connect anytime at any day. There is no limit for paid users that meeting will end automatically. Zoom is benefitting as we can schedule meetings even at holidays or when there is office holidays. It also provides good support as it is available 24/7.

The key challenges is remote working and communication before zoom. Zoom made this problem solved by bringing everything at a place.

physical meetings cost a lot, with zoom I attend meetings abroad or even at night

It has the best video conferencing and it's user friendly and we can connect it with laptop, desktop , tablet and mobile and the main thing is video can be recorded. And if you dont want to show our face we can turn off the video , which is comfortable.

Sometimes it freezes. And it will be showing as connecting... Connecting..

I can connect with people from where ever I want coz it is international and it made my job easy ,work from home is so convenient with zoom and can share screen.
