Good to use
What do you like best about the product?
It has the best video conferencing and it's user friendly and we can connect it with laptop, desktop , tablet and mobile and the main thing is video can be recorded. And if you dont want to show our face we can turn off the video , which is comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes. And it will be showing as connecting... Connecting..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can connect with people from where ever I want coz it is international and it made my job easy ,work from home is so convenient with zoom and can share screen.

What do you like best about the product?
Actually in my current workplace i usually use zoho meet. But it does not work properly. In such time zoom workplace gave me a hand and helped me a lot to handle such situation

It's better to give the record option for the co-host also

Generally I prefer using zoom for all of client meetings. It's easy to connect with them, and I never faced noise issues in the background and I amazed with the quality of the Video Call. It Helps a lot to share a screen to the client i can Explain everthing with the use of that.

I disliked privacy concer that happend in the past, free verion as time limits.

It solves issue of team connectivity, screen sharing to get update and correct it. It also helps in platform integartion with other application like slack, google drive, etc

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, it is very intuitive... It gives a lot of control to the person conducting the conference.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to download it to be able to use it, and if you're not on a Wi-Fi source, it would be costly to download it with data.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is generally great, there are a few areas for improvement. The setup process for large organizations can be more streamlined, especially when managing multiple teams. It would also be helpful if the time limits on group meetings could be extended or removed for higher-tier plans. Additionally, sometimes the platform experiences connectivity issues during high-traffic times, which can disrupt meetings. Some advanced features could benefit from more intuitive user guides or tutorials to make them easier to use from the get-go.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom works great when you need to have access to more tools like annotation for educational calls. The remote control feature is excellent especially when you're working with less tech-savvy people and a time saver too!

The interface is more complex compared to other similar tools as well as the costs for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is helping me with better options for meetings with clients who are less tech-savvy. The annotation tools are especially helpful for these types of calls.

Zoom has rebranded its client to Zoom Workplace, merging the Meetings and Calendar tabs for improved navigation and functionality. Better visibility, personalized toolbars, and dynamic reactions enrich the user experience

Zoom now integrates meetings, chat, docs, whiteboards, and tasks — but search results can still feel siloed.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless meetings with powerful AI transcripts. It allows you to stay in touch with the clients on a frequent basis. No issues like "unable to join" which happens usually on Microsoft teams.

All I can come up with is that you have to pay a subscription fee for large meetings

Zoom is easy to use, secure and popular. Most of my contractors only use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had anything to complain about, I would make it even easier for people who don't use Zoom to join the meeting. This would be a great help for older people who do not use the new solutions provided by the IT industry on a daily basis.

Thanks to the zoom application, you can save a lot of time and money on traveling to customers, building relationships at the same level.
