Between Zoom and Teams... I stay with Zoom all the way
What do you like best about the product?
I already liked various features, such as how user-friendly it is, how customizable it is, and all the tools it offers when hosting a meeting, but the AI transcription feature is simply a game changer. It saves a lot of time revisiting an entire recording, and it also allows you to quickly find the most relevant information you need from your meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only thing I would change is compatibility with Microsoft programs. However, I know this is more of an MS issue than a Zoom issue. There isn't much else to improve, Zoom is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it on a daily basis for meetings with my peers. I work remotely so it is an absolute necessity for me and my team. I'm a trainer, so I also use it as a virtual classroom with my trainees.

Ease of use and the feature to minimise into different size depending on preference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat box opens up seperately out of the video.

No need to be in the same physical location saving people time, energy and money allowing them to collaborate online.

Earlier Without this application we have mostly onsite implementing the application but now we have doing this online with Zoom.

I haven't feel like this to complain about zoom...

What do you like best about the product?
I like the all the features Zoom provides during a meeting. You can add notes, use AI tools, breaking rooms is not hard to use, share content has a lots of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating the software should be optional. There are times that I need to enter a meeting but Zoom has to be updated first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve communication and scheduling call meetings. I'm able to have a better meeting experience using the Zoom embedded in Zoom.
Connecting people virtually is simplified
What do you like best about the product?
I like the User interface of Zoom Workplace, it's seamless and easy to use by anyone. creating notes and using the whiteboard feature are the ones I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security incidents that happened in the past sometimes give a second thought to its credibility, nevertheless, I'm still using Zoom because of its UI.

Firstly, its easy to use, the features are straight-forward which itself a highly benefiting thing for me.

Very happy with this product.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling a call and sharing that with invitees is very quick and easy. I have never had any issues with the software and I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often struggle with using the app because it does not automatically update so it requires me to use the web version which is missing some of the features I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often take video calls with vendors or volunteers and this has been a huge help in scheduling and removing conflicts.

This is a wonderful platform for virtual meetings, communication and enhance the productivity.

Well, its monthly charges and background noise while meetings act as deterrent sometimes.

Whenever we have requirements during the vacation, all the team members can easily be connected through this platform. It helps our agency very much in meeting the scheduled tasks.
