Transitioning effortlessly among Meetings, Team Chat, Zoom Phone (VoIP), Zoom Mail & Calendar, and Zoom Docs without the need to change applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike about the zoom is its few features in interface like sometimes it takes time to unmute and screenshare . It can make those actions stable .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is that it makes all of the work easy like phone , emails and Video meetings all in one frame .
Second thing is that by consolidating your collaborative efforts and automating repetitive tasks, you can minimize context switching and concentrate on more significant work.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers strong video quality, along with reliable chat and messaging features. Screen sharing works smoothly, and the scheduling and calendar integration make organizing meetings convenient. Breakout rooms are useful for smaller group discussions, and the cloud recording function is handy for saving sessions. The whiteboard and collaboration tools also enhance teamwork during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced issues with both audio and video quality, as well as frequent connectivity problems. The user interface feels overly complicated, making it difficult to navigate, especially with the abundance of features. Additionally, I find the customization options to be quite limited, and I have some concerns regarding security and privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has made a noticeable difference in how our team collaborates. I find that we spend less time in meetings that don't add value, and I feel a stronger sense of connection with my colleagues. It has also made it easier to schedule meetings and manage tasks efficiently.

Things i dislike about Zoom are-
1.The limit of 40 minutes for non pro users is a headache while recording or having sessions.

Best Video Service On The Web
What do you like best about the product?
In the world of Skype, Microsoft and Google, Zoom is the best video application on the web. I work for a company that doesn't embrace technology that well, being a rural area but this is such easy software that is does not take long to train. Signing up is easy and there isn't a marketing push to upgrade to premium services. There is a strong reliability, and video is perfect with a decent Wi-Fi signal. Customer service is also very reliable and helpful. New users also find creating accounts is easy. We try to use this always for our Monday morning meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
We try to use the basic features, but they are limited not signing on to premium services. The AI companion still has some fledgling issues that make it difficult to rely upon. The free services only let you use 40 mins of video conferencing before you get kicked off and there are random times where the meetings go into audio only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company often requires us to be out of the office inspecting homes and properties, so we rely on virtual meetings when we can't be physically present. We typically use the service to share documents during these meetings and to access materials on-demand when presenting to clients. As we move into the winter months, this has become especially helpful while we are out checking properties.
A great tool for remote learning and global organizations
What do you like best about the product?
I used Zoom as early as 2013 as part of my participation in the global initiatives of the World Association and Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), which is why when the pandemic hit in 2019, I knew exactly what to recommend to the university and organization I worked closely with to continue our operations. It is very reliable, professional looking, and has functionalities that are great in managing small groups, and even facilitating online live events. It has become my go-to meeting platform even after the height of the pandemic. It syncs perfectly with both my Google and Outlook calendar, and adjusts to the time zones where I'm at when I travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern with Zoom is that it consumes more data than Google Meets, which is why in some areas where internet is intermittent, it doesn't work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I volunteer for an organization that covers around 100 locations, so, sharing the information real-time in an interactive manner could be challenging especially at a time when traveling is not even an option. Therefore, we had to rely to a service that is affordable, reliable, and secured. Zoom is that platform for us. We're able to do live-streaming, continue with our committee meetings, and hold webinars to control for noise coming from participants who are not mindful of their video and audio during online gatherings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how reliable it is. I never have to worry about a meeting dropping or people struggling to join. Screen sharing is easy, and I like being able to record calls for later. It also handles big calls and webinars without any hiccups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like there are too many buttons or new features popping up. The chat is okay but not my favorite for sharing files or links, especially during busy calls. Updates sometimes pop up right before a meeting, which can be annoying if I’m in a rush.

Zoom Workplace makes it easy for our team to stay connected and get work done together, no matter where we are. We use it daily for meetings, quick chats, and sharing files. It keeps communication simple and helps us feel more like a team, even when we’re working remotely.
Great App
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that you can connect with multiple people simultaneously for a video conference or a one-on-one call, which really helps in accomplishing tasks efficiently. From my own experience, using video call platforms allows for seamless collaboration with those who are too far away to meet in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been issues with dropped audio during meetings. Additionally, when several participants are logged in at the same time, the system often reports low bandwidth detected, which affects the call quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution has saved us a significant amount of time during our travels, as we no longer need to go far or travel at all to connect with customers or clients. It allows us to physically demonstrate and interact, making it possible to show and see things directly, rather than just trying to explain without any visuals.
One great software to connect with people
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is very easy to use and understand even as a first time use. The features of how we connect with people even though remote, the mails, recording and clarity is really good. The search feature for chats, meeting transcript and whiteboards is very good. Whenever we have faced any issue, the support team has always been very helpful. We use zoom workplace everyday. The implementation and integration was very very smooth.

Nothing for now. Really enjoy using the software.
