Effortless Meeting Access and Secure Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it incredibly easy to access my meetings — just one click and I’m instantly connected. The platform also provides secure and well-organized meeting storage, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The invitation format is too long and can be confusing for those who aren’t familiar with it. There’s too much text; it would be better if the invite format were simplified and made more visually clean, especially when sharing the meeting link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven’t experienced any issues so far. Zoom Workplace has worked smoothly for all my needs without any problems.
Effortless Access and User-Friendly Design
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access, very user friendly. Very quick connectivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike as of now. However if in future anything is there will inform surely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travelling to long distances, physical meeting of customers. We connect over Zoom and get the meetings done.
Using Zoom Requires heavy usage of PC resources and it does not integrate so well with M365
What do you like best about the product?
It is more matured compared to Teams. Whiteboard, AI tools are very nicely integrated and the functionality is logical and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not integrate with Outlook and M365 smoothly. The most drawback is that it is very heavy on resources. When Zoom starts, all my other apps slows down. Even to set up a meeting with the Outlook plug-in, it take quite a bit of effort and PC resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Please review my cons. I have stopped using Zoom for those reasons.
Effortless Recurring Meetings and User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
If you have a re-occuring meeting you can use the same link each time, easy to use options within the program for changing view.
What do you dislike about the product?
To change certain options you need to go into seetings rather than quick access buttons
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With having offices spanning over a large distance it means we can collaborate without having to be in the one building and have a place where we can leave detailed notes on what everyone is doing and what plan ahead

i like that we can use zoom for candidates all over the world

having to put in a password for interviews sometimes

Zoom Is Great for Calls, But Workshop Integration Needs Improvement

Not working on zoom to make it tested and I think , just use zoom as call , you can make offer or free trial and I will test it 😉 thanks

But I think , if zoom as well as good workshop, you can hear it, but what happened, no one speak about it , nit like MVP, AWS, GOOGLE ALSO SLACK, THUS APPLICATIONS ALREADY NAKE DEFFRANCE SO ALL USE IT
Intuitive UI/UX and Seamless Session Recording
What do you like best about the product?
The recording sessions and the overall UI/UX make it convenient to manage everything within Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to take attendance because the feature isn't easily accessible, and there are very few background options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is spread across various states and countries, and Zoom allows us to meet virtually, which is very helpful in that regard.
Reliable Meetings and Seamless Breakout Rooms
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom won't crash, it never did for me. I was able to handle all my online meetings with ease and the best part is about the feature to break in different meeting rooms

You are compelled to use Zoom only through its application and there isn't a web app for Zoom, that is one of the biggest challenges compared to Google Meet

AI Tools Are Outstanding
What do you like best about the product?
The AI tools assist me in explaining exactly where to click. I can draw over things.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I loose functionality when someone shares their screen on a tablet

Effortless Meetings and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
All metings, easy to use for both myself and clients or team members. Easy to ingerate with any other tools like Fathom for notetaking. Using it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of finding specific things in Admin Settings on the web. Application works great.

Easy scheduling and works great with desktop version for all meetings.
