ZOOM for Professionalism, Productivity & Positive Engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a tool that promotes efficiency when meeting with staff, clients, board members and prospective partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the updates occur at very inopportune times. (E.g. at the beginning of a call).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to hold meetings with staff virtually. It is the primary tool for our board meetings. Zoom is a tool for staff meetings so that we can host hybrid meetings (in person and via Zoom). Zoom allows people in multiple time zones to work more efficiently. Zoom saves time with calendaring session (google invite). Zoom makes my life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who manages the Admin side of our account for our organization, I truly enjoy all of the customizable features and protection that you can add to your meetings. While it isn't our internal solution for meetings, Zoom has been working very well for us with setting up External meetings outside of our organization and has been relatively easy to use and incorporate into calendar and email invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the sheer amount of options can be a bit overwhelming to navigate, especially on a time crunch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom works as our solution for external meetings for users outside of our organization.

Functional and User Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to utilize zoom across all my devices, making working on the go seamless. I also love that I can easily take a look at what my team is doing. I can review interactions, download call recordings, and see their answer rate with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer a more robust call metric report, but perhaps that's just not available on my current subscription level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a 100% work from home company and zoom allows us to be connected and see each other 'face to face.' It also allows us to easily reach our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The reliablility and the interopability with Epic EMR
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration does introduce the dependency on the EMR uptime for televisits making a downtime solution a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the org to provide an integrated telehealth solution with our EMR. This centralizes the televideo workflows for both users and patients

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use its features offered. The games, the sharing of content, remote control to have others be more interativw with the content sharing. Participants can share their screen. Its easy to use both on the desktop app and from the mobile device app as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love eveything about it. User friendly

Sharing content and increasing the potential for more collaborators to participate on a project in one moment

What do you like best about the product?
It's so user friendly and cross platform compatible! Phone, meeting and a professional training platform all in one and with the click of button it's integrated in our CRM and calendars. The branding ability within Zoom and the new AI Companion is incredable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could mass import registrants to a reoccuring webinar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom keeps our training "technical issues" free and AI companion improves our teams efficiency.

Connection quality for our meetings is a must since we do all of our business with our customers this way.

Its a little pricey. We could use more training to make use of all the features.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of tools available for managing meetings.
Quality of video and audio.
It's not Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. I wish there was a way to normalize audio to even out loudness between those with good and bad microphone setups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel costs and availability to attend. Health benefits because people can join virtually if they aren't feeling well.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing about zoom is it's ability for basically anybody whose eve slightly tech savvy, would be able to just pick up and use. Very easy learning curve, and to find something in it is quite intuitive. Meetings can have passwords to enter the room, the amount of control the host has is unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes participants can have difficulty especially when they're on a Mac OS as Macs can be very restrictive and locked down in their default security and permissions policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me connect with my colleagues that work in other parts of the country I work in as well as outsourced resources in other countries.

User-friendly and well-structured

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Sending chats, starting groups, making phones calls, video meetings...it's all intuitive. Messages are clear, it's easy to do basic work tasks i.e. format, attach files, emphasize - and the management portal is helpful as well. Does not require much training to use. The desktop app is updated often, it is easy to make organization-wide changes, and has a very friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regardless of the validity, Zoom is marketed in a negative way to the extent many companies have blocked Zoom entirely - presenting challenges when it comes to meeting with external partners. Personally, many of my partners opt for Teams, and are unable or unfamiliar to use Zoom. There are also significant connectivity issues, specific to Zoom, depending on my location. Customer support is a hit or miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication - it is easy to communicate with any employee at any time, desktop or mobile. No more excuses for not being contacted. If our employee can text their buddies, our employees can stay in touch via Zoom.
