What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of remote communication and collaboration by providing an easy-to-use platform for virtual meetings video calls and messaging it helps overcome the challenges of working from different locations or time zones by allowing teams to connect in real-time this benefits me by improving team productivity and ensuring smooth communication it also solves the issue of not being able to attend in-person meetings through features like webinars and screen sharing which allows for effective knowledge sharing presentations and project discussions even from a distance.
Great softward for daily day to day meetings

That I have the authority to add people who wants to join and has many unique features as well which are really helpful. Also I can customise it according to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my version of Zoom Workplace , I'm only allowed to have a meeting for 40 minutes and it suddenly closes the meet, which is unfcomfortable sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule meetings for me and provide me remiders for the same. Even if I forgot to start the meet and other person joins it, it provides me the a notification on my email that the other person has joined and becuase of that I can start the meet immediately.

What I really like about Zoom Workplace is how easy it makes working together, even when we're not in the same place. It’s simple to use and helps keep everyone on the same page without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Work environment is in general exceptionally simple to use, with a spotless connection point that simplifies route, in any event, for new clients. The execution cycle was clear, and coordinating it with different apparatuses our group utilizes was consistent. Client care has been responsive and supportive at whatever point we've required help. I use Zoom Work environment much of the time, and keeping in mind that it offers a large number of elements, some of the time it seems like there's more than we really need. All things considered, the stage has been a solid answer for everyday cooperation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Working environment settles the test of far off joint effort by giving a solitary stage to gatherings, document sharing, and group correspondence. This makes it more straightforward to remain associated and work effectively, saving time and helping efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom's integrations with my company's tech stack (Google Calendar, Slack, etc.). It is incredibly easy to set a meeting in advance or hop online for an impromptu chat!

It can be difficult to interact with other participants in large meetings or webinars.

Zoom makes it easy to collaborate with coworkers face-to-face while working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I have always found it very user-friendly. Zoom introduced me to my first online meeting and client coaching session. It was very easy to set up. I also like that I can easily acess all my meetings, past, current and future with the click of a button. Editing my meetings is also straight forward - and you can edit an entire recurring meetings at once. It is also easy to access recordings of my meetings. There are a lot of tools and capabilities that are available and make my meetings go smoothly. I also like that there is no limit to the number of times I use the platform. It is also easily integrated with other apps I work with - and I do not any IT specialist to help me with that. The customer support is always great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40 minute curb on meetings for the Free Plan - it was easier to get my clients to sign up on Zoom and encourage them to remain on the same platform. This was easier when they had that 1 hour free for their own meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has taken away the need for setting up physical meetings and has allowed greater access to a lot more people than I could have, physically. Ithas enabled me to step from one meeting to the next with ease - and has provided a platform to communicate and correspond much quicker. This has freed up a lot of time saving me time and resources - financial and otherwise. It has also allowed me to be more innovative in the way I deliver on my mandate.
My experience with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Its a fully functional software, having the capabilities required for efficient communication. All of my online classes happen via Zoom, and they all happen seamlessly, without much issues. I use is almost every week once or twice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It also should have the feature to decrease the video quality coming from the other side, as normal video conferences end up using a lot of data.
Sometimes the option to raise hands disappears in the meeting window, but its not a common occurrence.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me by giving a seamless experience in my virtual online classes. As someone who has to attend virtual classes very often, having Zoom really helps. Other platforms are also good, but Zoom provides a better user experience. The best part is that its video calls don't break like on the other platforms. And the UI is also easy to grasp. The chat feature is very helpful, as it has the extra feature to reply to each message. This enables efficient thought communication between the people.

Zoom Workplace is solving the challenge of remote team communication and collaboration across different time zones. before using Zoom, our team struggled with inconsistent video quality and limited collaboration features. Now, Zoom's reliable video conferencing, screen sharing and breakout rooms have greatly improved our virtual meetings, making it easier to host large meetings , conwebinars and hold remote traning sessions. It allows us to connect seamlessly with clients and colleagues, which increases productivity and reduces the need for constant travel.
